Very good product... I like this

Pros 1. Very easy to use 2. Affordable 3. 98% fry up well 4. Timely delivery 5. Taste is good 6. Very crunchy yet soft (give crunch but don't hurt the mouth) 7. Don't get soggy very soon Con- 1. Taste is 90% like gol gappas but not like authentic sooji or atta gol gappas. However, after adding the filling, chutney and water, you will feel like they're almost there. What else can you expect from ready to fry gol gappas. They are not exactly like the street ones but they are a good hygienic alternative. Tip- first fry them on high flame and after they start puffing, reduce the flame to medium-low. Don't fry them until they turn brown. Just keep them very light golden brown. Keep moving them around with your spatula as they fry to get even colour, otherwise one side will be brown and other will be white and you won't be able to flip them easily. Don't fry too many at once unless you're a pro. I used an approx 7 inch kadhai and fried just 2-3 at a time. Make filling of your choice and nice flavourful water to compensate for the taste of the puris. That way you won't find them tasting like fryums (rice/cornflour/starch chips).

Acceptable quality, the puris dont grow very big (like other brands) and bit harder due to this. Thus not value for money, but very good packing helps.
