the adhesive is really strong, i bet it would hold up for awhile but I would not call it water proof.

How do you know what size to order?

The size honestly isn’t that critical. I’m a small and ordered the M/L because they were on sale. The adhesive makes it adjustable.

Do these hold up to sweat? I see one says yes one says no

Hi! Wore these for my wedding as my dress was sheer on the sides. So in full, yes it did hold up to sweat! Add dancing, a lot of up and down and other bride stuff and at the end of the night it was still there. Though a little twisted and repositioned, it did STAY on! I had the horribly fear of it falling off and being behind me as I walked down the aisle and it NEVER happened! Oh quick tip though, be sure to use some rubbing alcohol on the area immediately before you put it on! This helps with adhering amazing. This also helps with sticky bras and nip covers!
