Once I finally got the product, it has been really helping my sore knee. Amazon tried sending me a used product and I had to send it back.

I recently purchased an infrared light therapy shoulder wrap, and I wanted to share my thoughts, especially regarding fit and initial impressions.First off, the wrap has plenty of material, allowing for a snug fit on my shoulder. At almost 6' tall and weighing 240 lbs, I typically wear an XL or XXL shirt, and this wrap accommodates my size well without feeling restrictive. It provides good coverage and stays in place during use, which is a big plus.As for the therapeutic benefits, I haven't had it long enough to assess its effectiveness fully. The infrared light feels soothing, but I can't definitively say it's providing any significant relief yet. I plan to use it consistently to see if there are any noticeable improvements over time.For anyone in a similar size range looking for a shoulder wrap, I would definitely recommend this one based on its fit and comfort. I’ll update my review once I have more experience with the therapeutic effects!

We were hoping for some wider deployment of LEDs to hit back of shoulders. Were skeptical before use. Not any more. You can feel some heat when it’s on, (bare skin) so you might think, “eh…”. However it really worked for some stubborn para-cervical and high T-spine areas some of which were quite deep! They state to use no more 3 times a day. We only used twice a day with excellent results. If you want to feel lots of heat, get something else. If you want to heal upper back and neck muscle spasm, this is a great way to handle it. Charges relatively quickly for a full days use for both of us, works only not plugged in, so you are free to move around while getting a treatment.

Would not stay on for more than ten seconds. If I hold the power button it stays on for about a minute. Even when fully charged for 24 hours it does not work.

This is an amazing joint wrap. Friend let me borrow hers& I fell in love with it. I swear it was like magic when I put it on. This was In November 2023 went to Disney World when I used it & it was my best friend. I didn’t even have to wear it everyday but I did keep hers with me incase pain started. I feel the infrared is helping as I use this on my knees regularly. However the Velcro that helps it attach to itself is absolutely horrible. Barely any grip at all to stay on even when you sit still.

I can't say enough good about these devices. I first purchased this model in March and first time I used it I immediately felt the effect. Red light therapy is very soothing and relaxing, but I feel it does so much more than just muscle repair.... like reduce inflammation, open lymphatic draining, improve circulation, and more. Word of warning: I have read that if you overdo RLT, you undo all the good you did in the first place. I can also say, generally, my experience with Tommie Copper has been good. In the past 6 months, I have also purchased their pain therapy wrap which quit working. TC gave me a refund (good), but I had to pay shipping ($15 deducted from my refund--bad).
