Elbow and Forearm pain
Great product, I bought two. One for each arm. I wear both of them all day at work and rely on them to get me through the day of computer work. Although it is not a cure, it does help to decrease the pain. My advice is to wear it even when you don't have pain so that it is a preventative maintenance. Years of computer work with the mouse have simply destroyed my arms. The seller of the product was also flawless in delivery.

Your mileage varies
I think it is a very useful device. For me, unfortunately, the pressure point is near the elbow and this band cannot stay around that area because of elbow flex. Also, the pressure pad is too big. I tried putting a small rubber feet to it to sharpen the pressure area and that made it work better for me. It sure is more convenient than using a finger to apply pressure, but not as effective for my particular condition.

One Star
very gimmicky and no pressure

Not effective
Its a good idea and constructed well however it is twice the price of the ACE unit and does not work as well. Once you tighten it in the correct area, when you turn the knob it does not compress enough before it bottoms out. With the ACE unit you can actually feel the compression,

good relief for tennis elbow
Bought it for my wife's tennis elbow. Provided relief when she does lifting or twisting of her arm. Product was well made.

works great for me
I first purchased elbow sleeves for my tendinitis, and that was a total waste of money. I bought two of these to use while conducting orchestra rehearsals and concerts. They fit great under my long sleeve tux shirts and were so comfortable that I forgot I had them on! Relieved all my pain.

The PT Dial Tennis Arm Band - feels more like a prototype - built solidly
I was hoping for this to be the solution - it could be if the adjustment piece was smaller and the adjustment knob turning easier. Good idea and built solidly. Unfortunately not yet dialed in properly for the user it feels more like a prototype. It's also not cheap.

Rugged, Comfortable, Effective
I bought this for my son as he has gone through several Ace brand arm bands in a short amount of time. He is an electrician and needs a lot of support to avoid the pain in his elbow. He is also a big, strong guy and the standard arm bands do not stand up to the abuse. He was on the brink of entertaining surgery on his elbow when I found this brace. I give this five stars and would highly recommend this product.
