Affordable with zero side effects
I have tried many magnesium pills and have gotten side effects from all of them- usually headaches, grogginess, and sometimes digestive upset. These are the only ones I’ve found that don’t cause me any problems. I take them about 8pm and they help me sleep and they might be helping with regularity in the bathroom the next day but I’m not sure. Highly recommend if you have tried other forms of magnesium and not been able to tolerate them. Also these are super inexpensive!

Easy-to-Swallow Magnesium Softgels from a Trusted Brand
I've had good experiences with Nature Made supplements, and these magnesium softgels are no exception. The 250 mg dosage is a convenient daily amount, and I appreciate that they're USP Verified, which gives me additional confidence in the quality and consistency of the product. The softgels are smooth, easy to swallow, and don't have a strong taste or unpleasant aftertaste. I also like that they don't upset my stomach when taken as directed with food. The bottle contains 90 softgels, providing a three-month supply for most people, which makes it a good value. As with most supplements, the benefits are gradual rather than immediate, so consistency is important. I appreciate that Nature Made clearly labels the dosage and ingredients, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Overall, this is a high-quality magnesium supplement from a reputable brand that's convenient to take and offers a good balance of quality, value, and reliability. I would purchase it again when it's time to restock.

Easy to take, good value
The 250 mg softgels are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. The 90 count bottle lasts a good while and the dosing on the label is simple. Good value for a well known brand.
