Doesn't taste great, don't expect any good there! But absolutely works wonders. Only one bar will help with lactation for the entire day. Helpful for mothers struggling to breastfeed their babies.

I bought this with great expectation but it was disaster for me.. I have been using it for last 15days but it has not shown any result for me. Worst product and don't go with comments . they are misleading. And the taste is bit OK we can manage and cost is so heavy and waste of money..

Overall the product is good, i like the taste. Generally lactation products tastes very bad but these bars are very tasty specially fennel seed one . But If we talk about lactation then it is not the best product in the market. It lacks the main ingredient cumin and marshmallow root which are power boosters for milk supply. Also i think it is too pricey. Not all mothers can afford this. Also an option should given to buy individual bars instead of box as fennel one is tasty but fenugreek one is not that good. Taste should be improved
