Easy and works great
Very easy to use and not bulky. My 20 year old cat is trying to go to her box but sometimes doesn’t make it. The Hartz small fits her average cat size but very thin body. She doesn’t mind the diaper at all and it doesn’t leek when she has a large volume of urine. Good airflow keeps her dry. This product is perfect and is a lifesaver!

Cats diapers
I was a little skeptical, but these diapers work pretty good. Takes two people to put on a cat (at least that applies to our cat), but holds on well and does not leak.

Expensive as a long term solution
Yeah, these diapers work like a charm, but is nobody pissed about the damn price? Dog diapers don't cost as much, children's diapers don't cost this much. With these it's even less material, they're tiny. But because cat pee smells absolutely horrible, they're praying on people who will do anything to prevent their cat from peeing/marking. I don't care how well your product works, if the price is ridiculous, you're no longer going to get a decent review from me. (5 stars) In a world where corporate America will not stop taking advantage of the little person, when will prices of things be talked about more?

Works well, but so does a regular baby diaper
TipToe was in between small and medium, 15" waist and 9 pounds. Medium fit just fine, easy to get on, absorbent, no leaks, catching all pee and poop. I clean him after each changing but fir and peri area has been clean and dry. They are expensive. I matched the mediums to a Huggies size 3 diaper, cut a hole for his tail and they work the same as the cat diapers but cheaper. Store brand would be even less. The baby diaper just has padding all over that is not needed but didn't find it to be a problem. I wouldn't say the cat loved wearing them but he didn't try rip them off nor did they fall off on their own. He's no longer very active at over 18 years old and just sort of lays around wearing them. He does start to sort of lick the diaper and that is when I know he went potty and is ready for a change. See pictures for reference between Hartz and Huggies. Minus 1 star for cost.

Pretty easy to use
These are pretty easy to put on and my cat tolerates them surprisingly well. They absorb well. I don't want to put them too tight, and my cat has figured out she can fit her face through the leg hole to lick herself, so she has dropped a random piece of poop around the house even with these on, so not 100% perfect, but generally hold things in place as they ought. My only complaint is the tail hole. I wish there was a bigger hole with a small strap to close it, because it clearly makes my cat uncomfortable trying to gently get her tail through the hole, when the hole rubs the fur the wrong way, and then trying to adjust it around the base of her tail always isn't great. I have used nail scissors to cut a little slit at the top to ease that, but the general design of the tail hole could just be a bit bitter. (If it was lightly elasticized, would be a good alternative as well.)

Need a larger hole for her tail
Works fine...solves PART of the problem... If you cannot isolate the time that the cat has solid waste, this product will trap THAT product and its HORRIBLE. Trust me..

Huge help with an incontinent cat
When one of my cats got older, health issues and leg weakness caused incontinence. She was not able to make it to the litter box to urinate or defecate. These diapers were so incredibly helpful. She was able to maintain some degree of movement, and I didn't need to worry about finding accidents. There was a bit of a learning curve using them. You really have to get in behind their hindlegs and fit it as snuggly around their waist as possible. Also, you need to make sure that the tail hole really is just big enough for their tail - no larger. If you do these two things, they diapers will fit very securely ad there will not be any leaks. The diapers are very absorbent. Even with urine, the fur stays pretty dry. Also, they are pretty good at trapping in odors - if they start to smell, then chances are you left it on your cat too long.

Handles elderly renal failure cat's bladder - a godsend
Our end stage chronic renal failure cat is wobbly on his feet and doesn't always make it to the box. But he still likes to eat and he seems to want to walk around. Still has a lot of good hours in the day. These diapers are allowing us to chill out and just let him do as he likes. No running around after him, no locking him in a bathroom. My cat pees copious amounts too. Can't believe how well it worked. Also using puppy training pads in his bathroom overnight. Those also work wonders. EDITED TO ADD: I ordered some dog diapers as well to compare them and they really made my cat uncomfortable. These Hartz cat diapers are so much better designed for cats. My cat is dying and I want him to be comfortable. And FYI, my cat is using 5-6 of these diapers per day, so be sure to order enough. If you think you need one pack, order two.

Work perfectly, 4 days of use and no leaks or accidents. We use 3 or 4 a day. My cat is 24, and has lost control of her bladder, so we got waterproof blankets for the furniture. Last week she could no longer make it to the litter tray. I was going to take her to the vets when someone mentioned these, I wish I’d known about them sooner. Not sure how well they would stay on an active cat but work brilliantly on older less mobile animals
