I purchased this Japanese matcha set as a first-time gift for my wife, who adores matcha and has a keen interest in Japanese culture. It seemed like the perfect occasion to surprise her with something unique. The set arrived in an attractive box, though it unfortunately bore a sticker with my address. I would have preferred it without stickers since it was a gift, but aside from that, the set was in impeccable condition and complete. My wife was absolutely delighted with every component of the set, from the tiny measuring spoon/stick for the matcha powder to the beautifully glazed ceramic bowl. Included was a booklet filled with straightforward instructions and descriptions for each part of the set and its maintenance. It's an ideal guide for beginners, and as my wife puts it, the set is simply stunning. She finds preparing matcha with this set to be a calming and mindful experience and is thrilled with her present. I've grown fond of it as well and am considering getting one for myself, as the matcha somehow tastes better when whisked in the bowl with the bamboo whisk. This is a beautifully presented matcha tea set right down to the box it ships in. My daughter was so excited to receive it and has since made several types of matcha tea and lattes. This particular set didn't have a pouring spout so there was a little spillage but her matcha journey is just beginning so with practice... The equipment is excellent quality right down to the bamboo whisk and the cool stand that I thought was a cup. Overall, a delightful ceremonial tea set at a great price.

The wooden spoons seem a little frail but that’s expected. I can get new whisk and spoon. The bowl is gorgeous. I love the design. It holds up really well. Makes yummy matches!

A lovely set to make matcha at home. Everything is included, coordinated bowl and whisk stand, mat, sieve, bamboo spoon and instruction booklet. Good value for money.

Jag beställde ett matcha-set och blev besviken när jag såg att produkten jag fick inte alls ser ut som på bilderna på Amazon. På bilden syns tydliga färger och ett vackert mönster, men den jag fick är helt mörk och saknar alla dessa detaljer. Den ser helt annorlunda ut i verkligheten. Kvaliteten verkar okej och resten av setet fungerar, men jag är inte nöjd med att produkten inte matchar beskrivningen.
