How fine is this powder? It's it grainy when rubbed between fingertips? I am using it for a skin cream.

It's super fine such that when you rub it between fingers you don't feel any grains of any sort. Perfect for your needs

Is this curcumin synthetic? Because as far as I know natural curcumin strength is 95% purity.

It is derived (chemically) from processed turmeric. So, it is "natural" in that it was not synthesized from other chemicals.

It is known that Curcumin disintegrates under light. Is the curcumin included in the package is ever exposed to light after being extracted? Thanks

I don't know how long is it exposed to light on the processing end, but the product arrived in a lightproof pouch and the coloring of the curcumin was consistent with other curcumin products I've purchased.
