I purchased it to make my fav carnivore dessert, - butter bites. Works great, - perfect size, easy to pop out. Butter bites: you heat a stick of butter on a medium heat until it melts and then continue to whisk it nonstop for about 3-4 min till you see the butter gets lots of foam, smells almost like caramel. If you wish, you can add unsweetened raw cocoa, or pumpkin spice, other spices. Then pour it into molds, freeze, - and then enjoy it as a dessert with your coffee. ps. spices, unsweetened cocoa are not carnivore.

These molds are perfect for small half-sphere treats (the cavities are a great bite-size). They’re really easy to use, just fill, chill/bake, and everything pops out cleanly once set. Cleanup is quick too since it’s silicone. One thing to know is the silicone is on the thinner side, so the molds are pretty flexible. I recommend placing them on a baking sheet before filling and moving them to the freezer or oven. With that support, they hold their shape well and work great for chocolates, jello, mousse, or yogurt drops. For the price, it’s a solid 2-pack.
