Looks great, sound is much better than expected, it goes loud enough and good quality enough to not need external speakers

This is a reasonable purchase. The in built speakers are poor but when connected via line to a quality speaker it is quite good. I've tried Bluetooth but the speaker needs to be reconnected every time which is a nuisance so I've just gone with the line in..slight delay with built in speaker when connecting to external one so I just turn it down. Does the job for the money and looks good in the room.

I was given this Ion Luxe turntable two years ago and was really pleased with it at first, having had nothing on which to play my records for several years. The sound quality wasn't bad at all, for the price; the lid completely covers the records - some don't - and I liked that it could easily be moved between rooms. However: I realised a while back that one speaker didn't seem to be working. Since the turntable was a gift, it was awkward to say anything and I wasn't using it much anyway... I finally explained why I don't play records often; we tested the turntable today and yes, it is truly broken. Not only is one speaker dead, but the speed control is also bust. Who knows why - it was working fine the last time I used the deck. So this turntable is no good for anything and is going to the tip. What a waste of money.

The good bits are the sound quality, easy Bluetooth connection and the build of the thing. But what is going on with the arm return? Did the designer run out of time? If you can reach the selector which is hidden in behind the drop/raise lever you get the option of a) it runs on forever with the needle permanently jumping at the end or b) it auto stops near the end whether the record is finished or not. There is no automatic return so it all has to be rescued by hand.

***Do not buy*** Firstly, I had seen a couple of reviews about the sound quality, but didn't sound bad at all with test a couple of disco tracks. Not bad for two little speakers in the front. Really clear. Eventually got the Bluetooth connectivity to my stereo system (no thanks to the omission of these in the instructions) and sounds alright with a slight delay when you turn up the speaker volume, but I suppose you're just meant to use the Bluetooth volume control and your stereo. But have to say I am disappointed with the design of the lid, as when I tried to close the lid down with a record playing as you should normally be able to do, however when I did, it would raise up the pickup arm off the record! Also discovered that it has the red plastic needle, that shows it's just the basic turntable made to look a bit more premium, but skipped over older LP's in my collection, that a MMC cartridge wouldn't have, again do not buy! I'm not sure what to do whether to enjoy the turntable and live with it, or return it for what I feel is a design flaw. (Update: Ive decided, I'm going to keep the device. I suspect the lid is just there as a dust cover when not in use as I suppose they would assume you would predominantly use to USB your collection) If not for the design flaw in the lid and pickup arm, I do like the overall design, gives the impression of classic record player from the 60s, but with auto changer and pickup return.

Sounds really good for the price point, on some songs with a lot of bass, you might hear some static from the vibration. Really solid build and doesn’t feel cheap. the setup was very easy, literally just plug in, take the needle cover off, and just playing. I will say the arm doesn’t feel very sturdy but the needle is good. It states that it’s a ruby tipped needle and i don’t know much about vinyl but that sounds pretty quality.

この価格の割には高級感があり使い勝手がいいです。PCとの接続も簡単で音も問題なく使えています。シングル盤専用に購入しましたがLP盤も問題なく使えます。Bluetoothの接続も問題なく最高の商品です。何しろ見た目がいいです。交換針も購入しましたがちょっと交換は慣れないと大変でした。内臓のスピーカーもそれっぽくていいです。

This is pretty good for a beginner's model. I have two gripes, - When plugging in (corded) headphones, the speakers are not disabled, so you'll hear BOTH the headphones AND the speakers. - The arm locking mechanism and lever are so close to each other that the locking arm constantly is in the way of the lever and you have to fiddle to work around it. That was unnecessary. Otherwise, good and handsome-looking entry model.
