Soya Protein Isolate Powder, Vegan Protein Shake, Vanilla, 1 kg

I made my first shake from this brand this morning, and what a pleasant surprise it was. Mixed wth soya milk, it's creamy, chocolatey and not gritty.

I’m only giving 4 stars because unfortunately the bag had a rip in it when it arrived but fortunately I was able to get my money back. The protein itself is great, I’ve struggled to find a decent vegan protein but this is my go to now. I chose vanilla flavour and tastes nice, it’s not earthy like a lot of vegan protein powders. I love it in overnight oats and I’ve made some delicious high protein biscoff and chocolate flapjacks with it. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t taste as bad as people say, decent level of sweetness but it’s quite grainy, it’s not super insane like theres sand in your mouth but u can proper feel the tiny lil bits . Might feel it less if mixed into oats or used for a smoothie instead of just water. Does have a milkshakey vibe thoo but depends how mich water you put also mixes well and isn’t lumpy. Not the biggest fan of soyaa but bought this cause it was cheap and it doesn’t taste tooo soya esque tbh

Bulk used to be the best protein supplement I'd ever tried. It was good value, tasted great, mixed well and had noticeable results. Now, after a month of it not being available at all, they are back with this new recipe that has taken away everything that was good about the old version. First, this is giving you less energy weight for weight. If I recall correctly the old one was 460 KCal per 3 scoop serving. This is 107 KCal per 1 scoop serving, or 321 if you were to have three scoops like with the old one. ... except, you can't just have 3 scoops in one go anymore, The new version needs as much water for one scoop as the old one did for 3 scoops. So for one scoop I need to drink almost a pint of water and feel bloated and for what? Barely over 100 calories. Skimp at all on the water and it turns into a thick sludge that clogs up a shaker bottle and leaves unmixed powder at the bottom. Either way it sits in my stomach like a brick and supresses my appetite, meaning I'd probably *lose* weight if I tried using this all the time. And then there's the taste. The old version was like drinking a vanilla milkshake. The new one is almost tasteless with just a vague sweetness to it. The final insult is that they're now charging more for it. I used to be able to get 2.5kg of the old stuff for around £22. This sack of rubbish was £35! Unless Bulk somehow come to their senses and switch back to the old recipe, please save your money and look elsewhere!

Good easily absorbed and taste ok

Premier essai après avoir tourné jusqu'ici à la whey puis la whey isolate. Très content, je vais en reprendre et probablement laisser tomber définitivement la whey laitière. Grosse suprise quand on mélange (200ml eau/lait 50/50 avec une scoop). Ça absorbe très vite et forme comme un porridge très épais qui fait peur. Puis en continuant d'ajouter du liquide, ça prend une forme normale, comme du potage, moins liquide que la whey, mais avec un gros avantage : aucun grumeau, et sans avoir à touiller pendant des plombes avec un fouet de pâtisserie. Le goût n'est pas terrible. C'est peu sucré, peu aromatisé, comme du smecta avec un léger parfum vanille, mais ça passe. Autre bon point : pas de lourdeurs d'estomac. J'avais été contraint à cause de ça d'abandonner la whey classique et de passer à de la whey isolate à 89% devenue trop chère. Donc content avec cet isolat de soja à 84% bon marché (14€/kg) et vegan.

No soy experto ni deportista de élite pero ya noto pequeños cambios en mi cuerpo. Va super bien.

Schmeckt NICHT schlechter als mein Whey-Proteinpulver. 80 Gramm Protein auf 100 Gramm Pulver sind etwas mehr, als bei Whey-Pulver. Das Soja-Protein-Profil ist dem von Whey sehr ähnlich, nur Lysin ist geringfügig weniger dabei. Das kann man aber easy ausgleichen, indem man einfach 35 g statt 30 g pro Shake nutzt. Auch hat Soja in dieser Form KEINEN Einfluss auf den Hormonhaushalt. Insgesamt also ein sehr gutes Produkt und mit 2,5 kg für 38 Euro definitiv mit deutlich besserer Preisleistung.

Per il contenuto, non avendo accesso a un laboratorio analisi, rimando all'etichetta. Rispetto ad altre simili proteine, non noto sostanziali differenze nell'apporto nutritivo. La consistenza della polvere non è delle più fini, ma in un frullato non crea problemi. L'aroma vaniglia non è molto preponderante e questo può anche essere un vantaggio, mentre il dolcificante è abbastanza evidente e ciò per qualcuno potrebbe essere uno svantaggio. In ogni caso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ich mag das ! Und mit ein bisschen Dattel süße schmeckt er richtig gut. So hat man wenigstens diese Zuckerersatzprodukte nicht drin
