The only ear tool you actually need (Non-sponsored review)
Just to be clear, I am not a sponsor for this product and this is a non-sponsored review. I’m just a regular user who decided to skip the "sophisticated" electronic devices and go with this Medi Grade syringe instead. My local Urgent Care uses this exact type of primitive tool when they don’t have to use a fancy machine, and if it’s good enough for the doctors, it’s good enough for me. I’ve found that a manual syringe is much better because you have total control over the pressure. My routine is simple: I use this syringe for the heavy-duty deep cleaning and then alternate with standard cotton swabs for daily maintenance. It’s medical grade, reliable, and much more effective than any high-tech vacuum or camera kit I’ve seen. What worked for me: If your wax is stubborn, don't try to force it all out at once. I learned that it’s best to use a softener (like oil) for a few days first, then use this syringe with lukewarm water. I aim the stream at the walls of the ear canal rather than straight back at the eardrum—it’s much more comfortable and actually clears the blockage faster.

Worked As Advertised And Better!
I had lingering ear pain on my left side about 3 years ago. I was left with tinnitus and a feeling of stuffiness. I tried to make an apt with an ENT Nurse Practitioner but they said I needed to get a referral from an audiologist. I don't have insurance, so... I spent a whole lot of money on wonder cures. I've never had wax buildup but, I thought I'd try this as it was inexpensive and I was desperate. I followed the directions of using oil for a few days. Used the ear-igator tonight following the instructions. Blessed relief from the tinnitus! The stuffiness is still there so I'll do another round of oil and ear-igation.

Works well with Peroxide on Stubborn ear clogs!
I had a very stubborn clog in my left ear, and this didn't clear it alone. However, using Peroxide and flushing with this product for a few days, my ear is now normal, with each application and flush improving my condition twice a day. It works well to clean inside the ear in general I think! Recommended, although depending on how bad the clog is, don't expect it to solve the problem without peroxide or another alternative!

MY HUSBAND IS THANKFUL FOR THIS!
My husband was suffering from dizziness for a week and I checked his ears and - yep! They were plugged with wax deep down in the canals. So I got this kit and started on the task of flushing his ears. The kit is small, about half the syringe size of the kind they use at the doctor's office. So I had to flush it out about 10 times before the wax plug worked it's way down the ear canal. Then I had him lay down with a bean bag hot pack on the side of the ear we were working on for about 20 minutes. This was to help loosen the wax plug and let the excess water drain out before the next round. Then we went at it again and it took about 10 more flushes to get the wax log down tthe ear canal to the opening to where it could be dislodged with tweezers. The plug was very large. We got two nasty chunks out with a repeated cycle of flushing and heat packing - and it was done! The other ear had a different kind of wax formation. It was "leafy" and elongated with some thick plug like shapes and thin almost transparent obstructions. It was more difficult to completely flush out. I did the same steps and also had him lay down on the side with the obstruction with a hot pack like the other ear. After a few more flushes, it came out in pieces. Tips: The kit has attachment tips that spray out in four directions like a water sprinkler head at the very tip. This is so when you plunge the syringe, you don't eject a solid stream of water into the center of the wax plug and potentially pushing it in further. This is a great design. Ideally, the spray hits the edges of the wax plug to loosen it. It seemed to do exactly that. The second ear was harder and I had to "aim" for edges where there was openings in order to get the water to flush from behind the wax and push it forward out of the ear. It worked. My husband's dizziness went away completely! :-) Even though the syringe is not a big as the kind at the doctor's office, with a bit of refilling and effort, it did the job very well. He couldn't be more pleased! If he's happy, I'm happy! Great little inexpensive gadget and saved trips to the doctor's office!

Effective, yet gentle
This worked well for us. I wasn't certain at first that the nozzle would provide a forceful-enough spray to dislodge the boulder of earwax from my child's ear canal, but it did. Painlessly, too, with no damage to her canal. We were grossed out and horrified by our results, but also happy and relieved of our mutual (iykyk) suffering. There was no leakage from the syringe or tip. That said, this is messy business and I strongly recommend using an ear basin. I'm going to wash the parts with soap and water, then sanitize with alcohol. These look endlessly reusable if cleaned well.

Effective and safe ear cleaning
Very effective ear cleaning kit. The quadruple jet tips provide gentle but thorough cleaning. Much safer and more effective than cotton swabs. The syringe is easy to use and the included tips are high quality. Ears feel completely clean after use. Great alternative to professional ear cleaning.

Very useful to have at home and works perfectly.
This is a real bargain and simple to use. Just make sure you use ear drops for a few days up to a week before using. I found this very easy to use and it cleared a lot of wax out of my ears. I have narrow ear canals, but I didn't find this painful at all. I found this safe to use, and was pleased there was more than one tip, so a family could use it safely without cross contamination. Easy to clean and looks like it will last a long time. It does come with instructions, follow these and it does work. I used boiled tap water cooled down to body temperature. The size is quite small, so you may have to refill it and use it a few times to remove very hard (soften first with ear drops!) or copious wax. That saved me over £60 over having to go to a private ear clinic for wax removal. It was worth a shot and it was considerably cheaper!
