So this item came in a couple different pieces and the butterfly is not attached to the crystal ball. Is this broken? Can’t see how I would attach it

No, it is a complete butterfly crystal pendant. Because it is relatively long, it is divided into 2 parts on the picture, but the pendant you received is a complete one.

Can i hang this off my rearview mirror in my car?

It says 9" long but diagram shows much longer length item says 1 piece do u have to purchase 2nd lanyard to get what diagram shows- separate piece?

It is 9" from the bottom of the prism to the beads that are separated from the butterfly and large prism. It is 13 inches from the bottom of the large prism to the hanging loop. I needed it to be slightly longer and just used a ribbon. But that part is hidden by a valance.

How do u attach to a window & wld it touch /lean on window?

This was a beautiful item but it was a gift to my daughter she hung it by astring and hook in front of window ,the one that gets the most sun and it shines over her living room. Very nice and the price is right!!!
