Full disclosure: I am a paralyzed traveler. I need a carry-on that is rock solid in terms of functionality and durability. I’ve used this luggage extensively in the six months that I’ve owned it. My limited mobility makes me hard on my luggage. I bought this product to replace a very expensive Hartman carry on. I also a big T. Anthony fan/purchaser. I have high standards. I’m blown away by this item, especially given its v affordable price point. There is a lot of great to say about this luggage: First, it is perfectly designed in that there are two outside pockets that are perfect for carrying a billfold, cell phone, etc. They do not interfere with being able to open the luggage completely or partially in terms of accessing the main storage area. This is quite clever. Second, inside, it is super sturdy with an interior metal frame. The wheels are super solid and roll well with little resistance. Nice touches include a large dedicated pocket for dirty laundry and a separate toiletries pocket. U won’t need to pack a separate dop kit (saving space). The telescoping handle works well. If I had one improvement in the design, it would be to allow this handle to lock before full extension. I lock my luggage when I leave my hotel room. The zippers have holes at the end to facilitate this. I also like that the handle for carrying the luggage horizontally, is exceptionally strong and perfect for my lock so that I may store it under my bed to lock it to the bed frame. Last, I purchased mine in Royal Navy blue. I must say with the Swiss flag in red and white, it is stylish indeed! I very much look forward to packing it and loading it for my next adventure. Also, I am not a paid reviewer or so-called influencer. Just a happy customer.

I bought one just like this one about four years ago and it is still like new. My signficant other's birthday was comming up in September, so I asked her what she wanted, she replied a new suitcase. I went on AMAZON in march and they had the Swiss Gear Sion Softside Expandable Luggage in a 25 inch on sale for $110.00. I opened up an account with AMAZON and i got a free gift card for $80.00, I used to buy the luggage she wanted. The final cost was about $40.00. I looked at the color choices and bought the Teal color on, she loves it. This suit case is well built and has allot of room for cloths. The wheels are very sturdy and can spin around freely. It is light weight and easy to handle. There is a handle on the bottom and the side of the suitcase The top handle is made of strong metal and pulls out very easily, their is a release button on thop of the handle. It look good and is expnadable. The zippers are not cheap ones, they are very sturdy. This suitcase is comfortable to handle. The material is a very strong material and I never had any problems with it. Before I bought this suit case I read the reviews and what people had to say about this suitcase. Most of the reviews were very good. I basically went with my experince with the same one I bought four years ago and have done allot of travel with it. This suit case is built bullet proof. When you have a well built luggage like the SwissGear Sion Softside Expandable Luggage you take good care of it. It will last and perform like new for years. So if your in the market for a 25 inch check out SwisGear Sion Expandable Luggage you won't go wrong if you buy one. A buck well spent is a buck well spent. This piece of luggage is the best bang for your buck.

Love this suitcase! Took it in my recent trip out of the country. It held EVERYTHING I needed. Meets delta checked bags measurements. The wheels roll easily to maneuver suitcase around anywhere. It’s a great deal for such a great suitcase. Added a pic standing next to it, so you can see the size.

I bought this bag in December 2024 through Amazon...It functioned well and seemed sturdy, however, the lock on the telescoping handle has broken so the handle keeps falling down. I have other Swiss Gear products; another bag and a backpack, which have held up much better and are older. I am disappointed

A fantastic luggage set. Very high-quality workmanship and a great look. All the necessary sizes are included. Easy of packing, pockets included, very easy to use. We love it.

I travel alone frequently, so needed a suitcase that I could manage on my own when it's loaded to the gills. This spins easily, and the handle lengthens and retracts easily. The interior pockets are nice, and I like that I can unzip around the top and add or subtract space to the interior. It also has a great price point.

This is a nice suitcase. The size is perfect for my travel needs, and I love the weight of it, but it just isn't holding up under the harsh airline checked-bag service. The bag is badly fraying all over the bag and it's also water stained on the outside. Most likely from sitting in the luggage cart in the open tarmac. Also, the luggage carousel hasn't been kind to my beautiful bag. While I'm disappointed, I should have been thinking about the fact that fabric just doesn't hold up well under these conditions. I would purchase this bag in a carry-on size, but would not purchase the checked-bag size again.

Very bad and some stitches was open

Excellent case for a night away and some retail therapy. A good amount of room in there without using the expanding option. Very good quality and the outer pockets are useful too for easy to grab items, hat, gloves, brolly etc. I don't intend to use this as a cabin bag so not sure the size is compatible with that in mind as it is chunky but that is exactly what I wanted.
