Wish I had this immediately after c-section. This was a game changer in my recovery. I started wearing it about 5 days postpartum and it helped so much. It helps you feel secure in your core. It makes laughing, sneezing, coughing and riding in the car so much better. It also helped my posture. High quality and easy to use. Worth the money!

You can't adjust it to be that small or tight because the Velcro doesn't reach and it's not like tall it only covers the middle/lower part of abdomen and I don't have a long torso.

One of the very first things I bought as soon as I found out I was pregnant was this Frida Mom belly binder. I remember hearing that it was an absolute post-partum must-have, and I can now safely say: IT REALLY IS! While it's true that the hospital provides you with one—in fact, my OBGYN ordered them to put it on me right after my C-section, and it truly made a world of difference in my core recovery—the hospital version is quite cheaply made and rolls down constantly. This Frida binder stays put. If you are on the fence about getting one, I highly encourage you to buy it. Having it ready for when you get home will give you the support and stability your body desperately needs after a C-section. Highly recommend! ———— Mucho mejor que la faja del hospital. Es cierto que en el hospital te brindan uno, de hecho a mi después de mi cesárea me pusieron el binder por orden de mi OBGYN y ha sido un gran cambio para bien en la recuperación de mi figura. Sin embargo el del hospital no es de tan buena calidad y se enrolla fácilmente. Así que si lo estabas dudando, yo si te animo a que te compres tu binder para cuando te toque estar en casa siempre sientas el soporte que tanto requiere nuestro cuerpo post cesárea

I had an emergency c section that ruined my muscles in my abdomen. I went home with my belly going below my private parts. It felt like a slab of meat was attached to my abdomen. Wearing this everyday helped me get my stomach back. If you get a c section use this.

This helped me with my c-section! It was easier on the stomach than the ones they give you in the hospital! The quality is thick and it holds you together.

After c section I was very swollen and this did not fit comfortably. Pay attention to measurements before purchasing. Aside from the fit, it’s a sturdy binder and provides support as needed. I have two of these—one that goes up to right below the chest and this one sits at my waist and I like the position of this one more.

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).
