Really works! I'm past menopause, so I don't care if this is a men's version. It really clears out the colon and gets rid of years' worth of waste. And it is much more gentle than a lot of cleanses that I have been on. But you will have to go to the bathroom 4-6 times per day #2. But that means it is working.

I recommend this detox to all my family and friends. It’s a great way to reset your body especially when you feel off or starting a fitness journey. You must drink a lot of water for it to fully work and not “hurt” if you know what I mean lol by day 7 I feel so much better. I sleep better, my energy is great, and whatever was in my system that was making me feel blah is gone. I love this stuff. I do it once a year if I need it. Also, for women it’s a great way to regulate your ph balance if you know what I mean. I suffered from uti’s/yeast infections for a couple of months back to back after my menstrual was done and after using this detox I haven’t had one in years. Whatever bad was in my system was completely done!! Another reason why I love this product!

I’m 5’5 about 165. My guy friend recommended on the benefits. So after a music festival vacation I decided to try to detox and reset. I’ll say it worked - I drank water (kinda) but didn’t change my diet. I can tell more release but nothing crazy ..It didn’t affect my daily life.. all controllable. But after I finished the 7 days ( I skipped pm on day 7 only). Then day 8 .. I woke up with awful stomach aches. Went to the bathroom and felt like I could pass out from the pain. Sweated thru my clothes and went thru all the emotions! The devil literally came out! When it was over I knew it was the pills - but what came out felt like needed to go…overall I did lose 7 lbs… and feel relief now. not sure yet if it’s worth the pain but that’s my review. Decide how u wanna proceed.

I'm on day 3 and I decided to go ahead and write my review. I will update if, by day 7 results are different. Day 1 was of course nothing as the first dose is at night. By morning I had my first "go". It was light and comfortable. Ate breakfast and 30 min later had a 2nd "go". After lunch, I was good until around 4pm. Another "go", at which time, I totally questioned where some of what I was seeing had come from. I do consume a lot of iron foods because of my peri-menopausal state, with longer than usual cycles, so I fully expected some "black" go's. While some was, most wasn't. Thus, my query into where this 'mess' was coming from. I was fully intrigued and motivated because of this. Currently on day three and according to some review, that's the 'devil day'. Not true for me. It's noon and I've had 2 comfortable "gos". One crept up on me and surprised me. I work from home so I had no real fear but it DID shock me going from 1 to 100 in less than 15 seconds I consume EXACTLY 10 glasses of water daily. The only cramping I got was the light 'indicator'. Nothing ferocious. I've also adjusted my caloric intake and the type of foods I allow myself to eat. Little to no sugars of any kind--to include, sweetened/flavored creamers (for my coffee--I've only had one cup) bread, pastas, batters or roux's (im in Louisianna--we roux damn near everything), upgraded proteins, very little processed food (nearly impossible NOT to have) and veggies. If i crave sugar, I have plenty of fruit--a banana or a serving of berries or cherries takes care of the crave. For snacks I consume 1/4 cup of power energy trail mix (Walmart). I do feel hungry more but I truly believe it's because I'm VERY aware of the change in diet. (human psyche thing). I find that by 6pm, I'm "free to move about the country" with no fear of a need to "go". For reference: I am a black woman, 50 years old, 5'9.5 and weigh 210 lbs. I struggle with insomnia and I must say, usually by noon/lunch, I want to take a nap. I've had full energy all day (day one 2 after 1st dose) w only 1 hr of sleep and made it through work with flying colors...day 3 (after 3rd dose) i had 3 hours sleep. It's, currently, lunchtime and I'm 'full steam ahead'. I hope this review works for someone--for ME, this is working tremendously. (started at 212 and while i dont know if it's permanent, Im down about 4 lbs--I truly dont think it's water weight because I urinate quite frequently. I also, while i have a gym membership, am NOT exercising--havent had time. May go today if nothing happens lol). I have 4 days remaining--again, if i dont update my review by 7/24/2022, then my review as 5 stars stands. It's DEFINITELY working.

Let me start by stating that I am 5ft 6in and around 150lbs. My intention for using these pills was not as a weight loss supplement but for gut health. I work in a high school and have 3 kids of my own so eating healthy is not always convenient to a fast paced busy life. Lately I have been feeling a little sluggish and bloated. I had been becoming more constipated despite drinking plenty of fluid and being relatively active. These were recommended to me as a way to kind of clear my system and boost my digestion. i finished up about a week ago and here is what happened. On day 1 i only took 2 pills in morning and 2 in evening. on day 2 i did 3 and 3. This was because i had read that some people have a reaction to the herbs and i wanted to make sure i was going to be ok. from day 3 until they were gone i did 4 and 4. nothing happened until around day 3. I started to cramp a little. it felt no worse than a gas cramp. within 10 minutes i was in the bathroom. After reading some of the reviews i was bracing myself for an apocalyptic type sheltering in the bathroom. We're talking phone, kindle, crosswords and magazines. What i got was a very un explosive and brief bowel movement. it was not at all what i was expecting. after the next 4 pills, same thing. It continued like this for the whole thing. I would take 4 pills, which actually taste minty, and in about an hour i would have a soft, and not satanic at all, poo. My conclusion... for the price, it is a decent product. my gut does feel better and my poo is not longer rock hard, however there was no weight loss at all and the cramps were at times strong. not unbearable though. the pills themselves were easy to swallow but swallowing 4 is a bit inconvenient. They had no bad taste. I would recommend for cleansing out your gut and other systems, but not for a way to lose weight.

I really wanted to like these but had to stop… also for the most part it definitely made me go to the bathroom for sure… I know this maybe TMI at first I thought these pill were working I am on my 3rd day writing this review I didn’t have any bad cramping besides that normal cramp feeling when you really gotta go to the bathroom bad like after eating Taco Bell that feeling. But it goes away once it’s realeased. Day 1 I didn’t use the bathroom day 2 I used the bathroom maybe 4-5 times the entire day but I was fine and I actually felt energized day 3 has been the worst day yet when I woke up this morning I had to use it I get up at 6am also I work from home so this worked out perfectly for me ok so I used it at 6am I went back around maybe 650am then again around maybe 720 then again around 740 again round 8am literally just about every 30min up until like 1pm. I’m gulping down as much water as I can so I want be dehydrated but I feel so drained. But it is now 545pm I think I have used the bathroom atleast 10-15 if not more times including now. However the main part of this review earlier today during one of my stools I noticed when I wiped there was blood I didn’t think too much of it cause every blue moon if I’m constipated or something it happens however I went to the bathroom again and that time it was actual blood in the toilet now something I forgot to mention another tmi I am on my cycle right now so I kinda thought ohh that’s all that is right but nope I was wrong as soon as I wiped my tissue was cover in blood smh literally terrified me so at that point I said I’m not taking these anymore that was around maybe 12pm today now we are at 545 when I got back home from picking up my son from school 4pm I had to pee not poop just pee well once I was done peeing and I went to wipe MORE BLOOD and now I’m worried because now it is 545 and I’m sitting on the toilet again cause I actually had to poop this time and again more blood in the toilet. It’s like tmi again I’m already bleeding from one place and now 2 and more blood is coming from my rear end than the other place i normally bleed idk what maybe going on but if it continues I may have to go to the doctor/hospital idk if my body was just not used to this or something but just be careful I didn’t read the label but my husband tried to read it and just like everyone else’s bottle the main warning label was covered up with a sticker label I’m assuming so no one will read it but on day 3 I am stopping I feel super drained/exhausted fatigue I have a very slight headache etc so please what works for some might not work for others I was just as excited like everyone else from the reviews and from the YouTube videos maybe this is a different batch compared to what others was saying how it was from the ones at gnc idk but be careful

I am 40.5 years old. When I turned 40 six months ago, I felt like my body hit a wall and I just started feeling sluggish. I didn't feel like I was really gaining a ton of weight, I just felt heavy and gross. A couple of months later, I noticed that I just felt bloated all the time and nothing I did really helped at all. I reviewed several products and decided to try this one. I have had horrible periods my entire life. The kind where you just want to curl up and die for a week. I get massive cramping, and up until I had an ablation on my uterus a few years ago, would bleed so heavily I couldn't safely be out of range of a bathroom. Even then it wasn't always safe. With the cramping and 'period diarrhea' that makes you want to curl up the the fetal position and just not move for several hours, a solid week out of every month just sucks. This product was similar to a period for me. Honestly day 3 was the worst, but it was no worse than my period. It definitely helped clear everything out and I am starting to feel normal again. I did actually start my period today, so here's to another week of pure and utter joy! I say that because I am actually a little bloated FROM my period in the after pictures and I expect next week the difference to be even more than what the pictures show. Pros: It really does work and helped me feel much better. Its easy to take. Cons: It took a couple of days to really have much effect for me, but that may just be my body, and also why day three was so the worst one for me. I also didn't like the taste of the pills. It wasn't horrible, but VERY heavy clove taste. If I burped it tasted like old pumpkin pie, which wasn't great for me. Overall: I would use this product again. I was happy with the results, and overall it wasn't any worse than what I am use to on my periods, so my reaction wasn't what some of the other reviews have had. So in conclusion, If you are use to Horrific Periods, You'll do fine with this product.

I definitely feel lighter and reacted to this product as i was supposed to - however with no pain or negative side effects.
