Excellent Brand!
When it comes to Bacon Bits, there is usually one main player here on Amazon that has a monopoly of some sort. ☺️ When they decide to hold off shipping more, I get stuck for days waiting! I tried this brand and like it better to be honest. It takes longer to initially arrive but it’s cheaper and has a less salty taste to me. I am sticking with this brand now most of the time!

There are better choices
Judging by taste and residue on my fingers there is a higher fat content than other choices. Came today — about halfway through the bag — I have never had bacon that included tendons… I don’t think the un-chewable bits are that. I think it is pig skin cooked WAY less than crispy. This product is, in general, less crispy that other choices — some folks like that… Will not buy again.
