We purchased this hose for our small business after looking into several different ones. We are so happy with our choice! Hose came in a wooden crate, very well packaged, no damages whatsoever. Hose works great. Great value overall. We’ll be getting some more!Great customer service!!! We bought a second hose and the reel was defective. Seems sturdy and shipped in plywood box! Fantastic value for the money. ordered three more!
I read a bunch of reviews before ordering this one and most of the other reviews were complaints about shipping damage from being a heavy reel in a cardboard box. This was shipped in a simple plywood crate that worked perfectly. hooked this to a 12v transfer pump for a sxs bed and is super convenient and cycled the pump multiple times looking for leaks and none found. Just ordered 3 more for other fuel tanks I have and cannot wait to have hose reels on everything.
