how do i play mp3 voice recordings! it says 'not supported'?

Not sure - but try putting your voice recordings onto your PC, then attach the MP3 player to your PC then click and drag your recording to the your player. This may work!

Can you use this through a Duke box

If it's Bluetooth 2 Bluetooth Yes & the only jack on it is the ear piece, not 100% sure if can use this for a port.

Can it use m3u files, or some other playlist format?

Sorry, M3U format is not supported, but you can play it by converting the file.
