Wireless Nurse Call System with 10 Call Buttons and Portable Pager

I would like to thank Synlett for reaching out to us concerning a faulty system we had purchased. Originally the system set up and worked fine. It then lost its programming and would not reset. By the time I quit trying to fix it the Amazon return period had expired by about a week. I filed a seller information form and the company was very quick to reach out. They apologized for our trouble and quickly sent a replacement unit at their cost. It has worked great. We are pleased with the added layer of security it offers us in our day spa.

This is perfect for my elderly father who is prone to falls. I put them waist level and floor level in areas he frequents. I put the base in center of my house and alarm can be heard entire house.

I can’t program it. I followed all the instructions, still not working. Is not the first call system I used, but this one is not worth to buy. I’ll return it

Looks ok but could be better

I have purchased two units and 25 call buttons so far . The call buttons are fragile and break down easily. The main unit does not have call log system; so can not track who has called at what time . The call buttons are major issue - they break down easily and replacement buttons are expensive.
