I have a 512 sd which has a ff screen protector already fitted. Will fitting this screen protector cause any issues?

Are the wipes safe to use on the 512 gb etched screen ?

Don't put a screen protector on a 512gb. The sticky coating will destroy the anti glare film. Valve themselves say not to put one on the 512gb model. I bought the 64gb and fitted a 1TB HDD for that reason. I'd rather have a screen protector than anti glare. Also if you add a screen protector on top ofthe anti glare not only will it destroy the coating but renders the coating useless as the screen protector will now have glare instead. There is nothing worthwhile about the 512GB version as you can't even add a screen protector without destroying the anti glare coating and the anti glare coating is the only thing worth buying for the 512gb considering you can buy a 1TB hdd and fit it yourself for to the 64GB for around 100 quid. Don't put on a screen protector, keep it off and enjoy your anti glare screen.

will this not work on my steam deck i only got mine yesterday from steam so be a 2023 model

I doubt it will damage the screen it’s the same as removing the screen protector from your phone, but I haven’t removed mine so can’t say for sure.
