I ordered these a few months ago, and - seriously thought they would be an expensive waste of money... I mean, the bags are a bit pricey. HOWEVER, they are absolutely worth it!They have paid for themselves in that I have not thrown out any of our assorted cheeses (due to getting moldy, dried out, etc.) since we started storing ALL of our cheeses, individually, in these bags. And, you really can reuse the bags, too! Just write the type of cheese being stored in each bag, and when you've used up all that particular cheese, set the bag aside - opened up a bit, so it can air out for a day or two, and then you can reuse the bag again & again for the same type of cheese as before.And easy! They are so easy, in that all you have to do is put your cheese inside, and gently fold the bag over/around. No tape, no plastic, just simply folding the bag over a couple times - and the cheese stays fresh. No more wasted cheese, ever again!Seriously! These bags are *awesome*, and I wish I had known about them years ago... all the money (and cheese!) that would have been saved... These bags are a definite must have.

The bags are great. My cheeses are staying fresh much longer and are not drying out as they used to. With my soft cheese I put them on a piece of parchment so they don’t stick to the bag. I am removing the plastic the cheese is originally packaged in and writing the name and date on the bag is great in case you want to buy the cheese again.

These are great for storing cheese. I slightly prefer the sheets of paper from the same company as you can use less paper. But this is a good product and works well. You will notice a difference and your cheese will be pleased.

This is the third time I’ve bought these bags. They keep cheese from drying out or developing mold and seem to extend the length of time the cheese is delicious. They’re really easy to use and can be used a couple times as long as you’re putting the same type of cheese in the bag. I like those so much, I used them for stocking stuffers last Christmas.

I use these bags for our staple cheddar. If you carefully fold the bags, they can easily last for 4 - 6 weeks. The cheese doesn't sweat and stays fresh. There's just the 2 of us but we are cheese lovers so the bag is open daily. One set will easily last a year. Worth it!

I was a little sceptical of these bags but saw a good write-up in a foodie magazine, so decided to give them a try. So far only used them on a block of everyday cheddar cheese, but the cheese has stayed wonderfully fresh and not dried out on any of the edges as it normally would.Not cheap, but if they save cheese they will quickly pay for themselves.
