Sheri is a rock star. She is articulate and funny and kept me interested the entire book and I donโt even work in sales. Anyone who reads this book will benefit from great advice on how to move more confidently into their own power with integrity and guidance from their heart.

Heart and Sell is a masterpiece! This book goes deep and wide and I can tell Shari gave it her heart. To deliver on this great read Shari references legendary actors, pianist, conductors, entrepreneurs, neurologist, mindfulness teachers, and great sales leaders... and thatโs just a sampling. The stories offer EXCEPTIONAL teaching moments. The systematic presentation and the humor of the book will keep you turning the page. Get ready to take notes!

Heart & Sell ranks at the top of my list
Having read many books throughout my career, Iโd place โHeart & Sellโ along side The Greatest Salesman In The World and How to Win Friends & Influence People, which has been in publication since 1936. Shariโs work is a must read. Iโve already recommended Heart & Sell to friends and suggested they also follow her on Linkedin.

Wow! Iโve read, or started, a lot of books on sales and am pretty sure this is the best one Iโve ever read! Seriously. Not to much fluff, just enough to make a point but tons of great step by step instructions that taught me knew stuff and reminded me of some old stuff that Iโd forgotten! Well Done

Sales Success for 2020!
This book has been on my reading list for awhile and Iโm so glad I picked it up! I have personally used Shariโs strategies through the years and itโs great to find her core principles in one easy-to-digest book. I have ventured into more direct sales territory in recent years and found myself needing to refresh my process, third level discovery and closing techniques. Shariโs recommendations are applicable to all industries and embody the relationship skills that will be necessary to succeed in 2020 and the decades to come!

As someone in the process of transitioning to sales as a career , I have found Shari's teachings very valuable and a natural resource for entry into sales with the right mind set. In this book , she took that even further by explaining what to me is the right heart-set I needed and how to genuinely care about the needs of others, meet those needs and get paid for it . Having no background in sales , I feel very happy to have come across this book early

I bought the book becasue it was the first book it sounded "feminine" in a wast majority of sales books written by men, and moreover with a very p-r-o-c-e-s-s driven approach. I think Shari has done a quite remarcable work in putting together a series of considerations on how customer decides with an angle that I did not find before. Shari reference model is the the 3 Brains model: with its 3 levels: Lizard, the one we use to engage with unknown people Mammal, the one that we use to decide and Human, that we use to justify our decision But: โข ๐ช๐ต๐ฒ๐ป we engage the Customer? โข ๐ช๐ต๐ the Customer decides in a certain way? โข ๐๐ผ๐ the Customer justifies the decision? I think Shari Levitin has nailed it down in her Book: Heart and Sell Connecting: , โข the ๐ช๐ต๐ฒ๐ป with ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ โข the ๐ช๐ต๐ with ๐๐บ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ โข the ๐๐ผ๐ with ๐ข๐ฏ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ So why 4 stars and not 5 stars? The reason is that I found some steps a bit soft, repeating some clichรจ of the "male" sales logic. And I would have preferred to see the basic idea of Shari brought to the extreme consequences. without conceding to the logic of market ... ;-)
