The Friendly Patch 28 Day Sleep Patches Snooze for Sleep Aid Support | Natural Sleeping Aid with Melatonin 7mg and Magnesium

First of all, I love the smell, you just can’t beat the smell of lavender for relaxing and going to sleep too. The second thing that I love is that they really do work! I put it on at dinner time and by the time to go to bed I am really ready to go to bed. And I sleep and it’s almost like the best sleep I’ve ever had. I’m guessing it’s the melatonin and the thinning that’s in it, so that’s like having a turkey dinner and having it put you to sleep, but without having to eat the turkey dinner. If I’ve had a super ramped up day I might put two patches on just to get me the good quality of sleep that I know I can get with these. And another awesome thing about it is when you wake up in the morning with these patches, you don’t feel drugged or loopy or zoned out. You feel refreshed and ready to go. i’ve tried some other patches before and they don’t last all night long and then in the morning when you take them off, they leave this super sticky residue that you feel like you have to like scrape your skin off to get the residue off but this is so simple. Sometimes I just have to take a baby wipe and wipe it off, but most of the time it just comes off easily yet it stays on all night. I love that it’s all natural and I also love that there’s 28 in the package so I know I have enough for the month because some others I see gave 12 or 20 or some ridiculous number which means you don’t even have a month to try it to see if it works and if you like it. With the 28 day supply… bam, you know for sure it works and it’s good and you should buy it and keep buying it. I also like the fact that I’m supporting a small business because nowadays with all these big companies, jumping in, it’s really hard for the smaller companies and the entrepreneurs coming out with new products to really get their foot in the market. If you wanna sleep well by the friendly snooze patch and you’ll sleep perfectly.

I love these. they don't knock you out. I put one on and it's not that they put me to sleep--I go to sleep on my own with them, but once I'm in bed I sleep really well and the physical relaxation feeling is wonderful. but I take a medication that says not to take within 2 hours of taking magnesium so watch out for things like that if you take certain medications because there is magnesium in these. they keep you asleep the whole night through. the first night I used one, I think I woke up a little groggy but after that night I had no problems. I wouldn't recommend using them a lot of nights in a row because I think they lose their potency but if you use them occasionally or skip nights in between I think they work really well. make sure you put them over a veiny area!

I've never been a healthy sleeper. I have trouble falling asleep, and once I am asleep, I wake up regularly throughout the night. On top of that, I travel a ton, so my internal clock is often in the wrong time zone. I don't deal with that problem anymore though thanks to the Snoozzze patch! This sleep patch has helped me get a good night's rest in so many ways! When it's time for bed, I slap the patch on my wrist and my eyes are closing within 15 minutes. I no longer wake up until my alarm goes off and any grogginess I felt goes away within a few minutes of taking the patch off. This melatonin patch also helps me reset my internal clock by aiding my ability to fall asleep at bedtime, no matter what time I was going to sleep at while traveling. The best part is, a sleep aid patch won't raise eyebrows at TSA like a supplement might. This is especially true when traveling internationally. Ultimately, this patch is the best sleep aid a travel lover with sleep issues like me could have. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me at all, and to make matters worse, I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive. My skin became irritated and itchy after just a short time of wearing it. Definitely not something I can use again. Very disappointed.

These patches help my 11 year old sleep like nothing else. She doesn't like gummies, and most of the gummies are elderberry flavor for melatonin, which...can't say I blame her for not liking that. But these patches shortened the length of time it takes her to fall asleep by 45 minutes to an hour. They do leave a sticky patch on her skin that takes a little scrubbing with soap and water on a washcloth, but worth it to not be up late. She wears them on her belly to not have the sticky patches be visible in the morning.

I waited a couple of days to do this review because I wanted to test it out for more than just one night. The first night I put the patch on and started to get sleepy and slept really good. The second and third night I put the patch on it didn't have the same effect as far as how fast I went to sleep. What I do notice is that I still wake up in the middle of the night. I do go back to sleep. I don't know if this happens to anyone else but since wearing the patch I have had vivid dreams most of the night. That's not always common for me. I would say get them try them out for yourself.

This patches has worked on me after 2nd patch application. It knocked me out after 30 minutes. I was able to sleep well. However, when I woke up I still felt sleepy and tired. I was sleepy the whole time at work. So I decided to stop using on the third night. I believe that the dose is still in my system because I was able to sleep well on my third night. I will resume using the patch if I feel my body needs it again. So far right now, I am good with out using this patches.
