This is very fine bee pollen. It is well dried and so not as strong tasting as more fresh bee pollen. Also it is not gummy like some very fresh bee pollen. I believe this is better preserved and holds more nutrients because it is dried completely. The flavor of bee pollen is very complex. If you can get a very local bee pollen, that is preferred. If none is available at a reasonable cost, then getting it from a place like the Andes Mountains seems like a good option, as it is less likely to have contaminants. Bees travel in a three mile radius around theoir hives and the pollen available changes over the year, making bee pollen a dynamic and changing supplement. For me, every few years I like to get some bee pollen and provide my body with the micro-nutrients.

Good product. Quite hard and crunchy in texture. Just be aware it can cause stomach upset in some people. It gave me a very upset stomach and severe diarrhea.

For context, I am a 23yr old transgender woman. I have been on hormones for several years now (around 7?). I was looking for a nice boost to my cup size and I heard bee pollen was all the rage. Y'all! The benefits far surpass what I had intended. When taken daily ( I always add very liberal scoops to my morning smoothies), I noticed an instant plumping and swelling of the twins. I also began to notice a much more "glowy-from-the-inside" complexion that I had not previously had. The bee pollen is very easy to use and I noticed very little clumping or moisture issues. One large bag lasted me about a month, but if you wanted less results, you could probably stretch it to a month and a half. The ingredient list is short and easy to understand, which probably means that these wouldn't last very long anyway, unsealed. Overall, I would purchase again!

Granules are of perfect size for topping-off salads (which is what we mostly use it for) and have natural no-additives smell. Price is very reasonable, happy with this purchase. 3) Nothing to do with this product, simply passing on my advice, if anyone reads this - also recommend having in your pantry next to pollen: hemp hearts seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds (do quick search and read about benefits). Also, keep in your fridge's door - flax and hemp oils for dressing salads, adding to breakfast dishes, and whatnot. Great health and immune benefits. Peace

If you trust food products supplied from China, this bee pollen will suit you. The packing confirms in small print it comes from China and I never would have bought it if I had noticed that in the pictures. The granules were obviously old and hard as a rock with little to no solubility even in hot water, and it had a consistent taste that was bland and flavorless. I question what I received as it apparently wasn't anything like the USA bee pollen granules I've been taking for most of my life. I threw it in the trash.

This bee pollen taste really fresh. I had a different brand before and while these were good and fresh too, this ones are even fresher. When ever I open the bag the fresh and sweet smell of the pollen reaches me immediately. This makes me really want to have and eat them. I use it mainly in my oats and even though I put other spices like turmeric, cinnamon and dark cocoa powder into it I can still taste them when I put about a tablespoon into it. Happy with the purchase and can recommend it. One small negative point, after a few weeks of use the closing mechanism on the bag came loose on one side and I had to put the bee pollen into a different container in order to keep it closed to preserve the freshness. Good is however that these do not to be refrigerated according to directions on the package.
