Q: can you tell me what temperature to use with a heat press machine and for how long etc??? it doesn’t seem to be sticking properly

Temp range is 250-275 degrees Fahrenheit at light pressure for 2-3 seconds. We recommend pretesting the adhesive with a piece of sample fabric to make sure the temperature range is correct.

Q: Can you bond this to a piece of fabric, cut shapes and then pull the backing off to iron shapes to another piece of fabric?

Yes!! I cut fabric out to iron onto baby onesies and it works perfect!!!

Q: How thick is the material?

The HeatnBond UltraHold is a sheet of double sided adhesive. Thickness is .01".
