Have purchased these multiple times over the years. Works wonders to stop colds and flus dead in its tracks. The taste resembles grapes, but the texture is quite chalky. I don't mind, because the tablets are very small and dissolve quickly. I find these better than conventional OTC cold and flu medications, which only work to relieve symptoms, but don't actually do anything to help you get over the sickness faster. Elderberry is different because it boosts your immune system so that it can fight off illnesses quickly. It is a very good natural method of alternative medicine. I have never had cold or flu symptoms last more than 1-2 days ever since I started taking elderberry and vitamin C as soon as I get sick. Not a supplement, so do not take these every day. Works best if you take them at first sign of a runny nose or sore throat. (Doesn't work for coughs though.) Keep these in your medicine cabinet and try it out for yourself, observe to see if you recover sooner. Hope these work as well for you as they have for me.

This product works well, I took it at first symptoms and it shortened my cold duration. Doesn't taste horrible either.

I've been using these for yrs. I start taking the minute I feel like my body is starting to fight something or been exposed to someone close who's sick. I keep them in my purse as they're easy to take and I didn't always have water to take other brands that need to dissolve in H2O. Always stock up when we're traveling and cruising. They dissolve quickly and taste good. They lessen symptoms or the illness totally bypasses me!!

These do not taste bad and they actually work. They are tiny and melt quickly. You have to take one every 3 hours, however they are homeopathic and work well.

It really without cold and flue symptoms, though this little expensive saved a trip to doctor. Ease of swallow is great. tasted better, little sticky but good

I rely on Sambucol. It works well when used as directed. I would share directions for use, but seller pasted a label over the instructions. Somebody didn’t think that through.

THESE ARE AMAZING!! Start them at the very slightest feeling of something coming on, and you will stop it in its tracks. At least that’s what I’ve experienced many times. I would not be without these, ever.
