Does this make youre brows grow

No, it doesn't make your brows grow. It makes them look more filled in and thicker. And it holds the hairs in place. But I've been using it for seven months or so and haven't noticed them growing any thicker.

How many are in the pack? This is almost 3x the price of Sephora.
