Rápida e eficiente! No início me assustei pois vem o aviso q só pode ser instalado por técnico autorizado. Qdo liguei na assistência (no exterior) fizeram a transferência p técnico fluente em português, super atencioso, q fez a instalação remotamente. Por enquanto, nada a reclamar.

Wrong USB connector made me so sad. Can not install the product on my MacBook. Finishing 2025 so sad. Please take care with important details when you buy something. Good luck to all of you!

I needed to digitize, and extensive amount of paperwork and a copier scanner is ill equipped for a home office. This product takes up little space and is a workhorse for scanning and filing documents. I was having installation issues and contacted the manufacturer who not only answered all of my issues but, gave me many tips to use the product more effectively. Excellent product if you have the need.
