PASYOU PA400 Weight Bench

I currently weigh 160kg so finding a bench is tough for home. I bought this over a year ago and I have been able to bench over 120kg on top of my weight! Im really impressed with its durability and its loading, its comfy and was easy to assemble! Something I didnt realise would be an issue with home kit! One thing I would say is add some wheels next time and it would be perfect!

Arrived on time, DPD delivered within the one-hour time-slot they'd previously advised and left it inside our front porch, as requested. Item safely packaged. Nice bench - sturdy, strong and nice to have leather (rather than PVC). Very straightforward to put together, with only the minimal of parts to fit and no separate tools needed. Quite a heavy bench, which I guess is a sign of its quality. With the back in its upright position, the head support is slightly off - I'm only 5ft 7", so it would be worse for taller people. However, once in an incline position, the head support improves. Only one negative, hence losing one star. The folded position isn't as compact as made out - the measurements are misleading. The length is closer to 36" and the depth is 11.5" - or 16" if you leave the foot grips in place! This obviously makes a huge difference if you're intending to store the bench in a particular place. As this is going to be between the side of a wardrobe and a wall (which I had previously measured), it means I'll now have to move the wardrobe a good few inches to one side to accommodate the bench. The foot grips can be removed and put back in a matter of seconds, so not the end of the world.

So, this took me 5 minutes to put together, I'm 5"10, and plenty of room on the bench, supporting my head so not over the lip..... very impressed with bench and how easy it is to put together, very stable on the mats !!! 👍👍👍

Bench has a solid feel to it. It folds up so is great if space is an issue.. folding up is easy with the removal of two short metal rods. Adjusting the incline/decline is effortless, just lift the back rest and reposition the support into the appropriate groove. The only minor criticism is that the back rest can't be raised so it's 90 degrees to the seat, it'll always have a slight decline angle.

I am very satisfied with this product! It looks great, it’s very sturdy and comfortable, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. Honestly, for this price I expected something much worse. Some people complain that there is a slight height difference between the seat pad and the bench pad. Personally, this is actually what I like the most about it. When I do sit-ups, because of this height difference my tailbone doesn’t get pressed at all, which makes it very comfortable. It’s quite heavy, but that’s why it feels strong and solid. Despite that, it can be folded very quickly, and the leg holder can also be unscrewed in about 5 seconds.

Die Hantelbank begleitet mich jetzt seit bald einem Jahr. Ich nutze diese 5-6 mal die Woche für verschiedenste Übungen. Gebrauchsspuren am Gestell und Kunstleder so gut wie keine vorhanden. Dennoch sollte man beachten, dass ich immer ein Handtuch unterlege. Denn durch die Reibung, die Krafteinwirkung und Schweiß wird definitiv früher oder später das Kunstleder kaputt gehen. Stabilität ist top. Es hat einen festen Stand und hat bei noch keiner Übung gewackelt. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind simpel, aber decken alles ab, was man benötigt, und bleiben dabei stabil. Nur das Gimmick, die Hantelbank zusammen zu klappen, um sie verstauen zu können, halte ich für unnötig/zu umständlich, weil man sie nicht einrasten kann. So könnte sie jederzeit aufklappen oder umkippen, wenn man sie nicht sorgfältig verstaut. Ich persönlich habe den Platz und lasse sie deshalb immer stehen. So spare ich mir das auf und abbauen. Alles in allem ist diese Hantelbank für den Preis sehr zu empfehlen.

Ottima panca, montaggio semplice, gli assemblaggi sono ben fatti e durante l’uso resta ben posizionata. Ottimi anche le imbottiture, spesse e sostenute.

This bench has been working out great. Very sturdy and good padding. It was such a good deal and I don’t think you can beat it for the cost
