Katbite Baking Paper Roll Parchment Paper Unbleached 38 cm x 64 m

Absolutely love this parchment paper. Really good quality. Easy to cut with the built-in box cutter. Lasts absolutely ages. I've just bought some for presents. Don't know how I ever managed without it.

Great for lining baking trays (up to 230°C) and makes cleanup much easier, for example baking duck legs the juices/fats crisp up on the sheet and are easily lifted (sometimes use a little as crunchy sprinkles) rather than crusting to the metal. I've also done meringue on it with no difficulty, fantastic stuff. Excellent cutter, just need to get the paper straight and taught to start it off, cuts really clean. The cutter does get knocked off the box sometimes but it doesn't bother me so I keep forgetting to tape it on. It's very thick so not as suited to doing a deli sandwich folded wrap but for cooking I can't imagine using anything else. (I bought this in November 2022, only used it occasionally for baking until last couple of months when I'm using it almost every day).

This parchment paper is perfect for the kitchen, either for baking, or, as I do, for dehydrating. There is no flavour bleeding, and removing it when you've finished is simple and neat.my only concern is that, if you use the dispensing hole in the lid, the hole is a little too small so there is a high risk of taring the edges (not helpful if you need to use the full width of the paper). The included slide cutter is sharp and easy to fit and use. All in all, I can't recommend this more highly.

It is very tight in the box and keeps ripping when it’s pulled through. I’m sure it’ll be fine once it’s loosened off a bit but until then I’ve got wasted parchment paper. Maybe the manufacturer needs to know so it can be rectified their end.

Good paper and I love the cutter supplied. It works very well. The width of the paper is larger than I expected, but it folds neatly, so no problem. Good value for money.

Quality in the kitchen thats all that matters, This parchment paper is tough and difficult to accidentally tear. Not the cheapest but the best in my a pinion

Great product buy all the time for the house. Saves a lot of cleaning adding to bottom of the tins
