i have 1" brick pavers on top of pool deck do i need a different anchor?

These anchors are made to be set in anchor cement. They will not work in brick pavers.

Do they come with instalation instructions?

No installation instruction available, as I had remember, but I had no problems, because my pool had the same parts before, which were lost due to some repairs or upgrade. Thank you very much. GT

Can they be installed below the water level in a chlorine pool?

This anchor can be installed below the water level in a chlorine pool if it is a gunite pool. It cannot if it is a vinyl liner pool.
