Rock-solid: consistent, dependable, relatively lightweight, high performance inner tubes.
If you're a casual/amateur cyclist feeling lost in the virtual cereal-aisle of choices between different tube/tire combinations: These are the tubes you're looking for. I've messed around with TPU tubes (finicky pain in the butt,) latex tubes (pain in the butt,) tubeless (messy pain in the butt,) and even tubular (expensive pain in the butt.) They're lightweight enough. They last forever. They consistently work with a wide variety of pressures. They're super easy to install and change out as needed, and the stem is long enough for modern wheels (under 50mm depth, or more with presta valve extensions. They don't leak. By comparison to everything else I've tried... they're absolutely amazing. My pre-ride check is to simply squeeze each tire to make sure I'm still in the ballpark of my normal pressure, then I go ride for as long and as far as I want. It reminds me of what it felt like to hop on my BMX bike every day as a kid and know that it would take me anywhere I wanted to go, to do anything I wanted to do, and I'd have a blast doing it. That's why I ride. Whatever I'm supposedly missing by not using all those other systems just doesn't cross my mind anymore. Couldn't care less. GCN can shove their overpriced sponsored crap on somebody else. For long rides (100km+) and multi-day events, I carry a new TPU tube as a spare, because the additional size/weight is negligible... unfortunately, the durability is also questionable at best. I've yet to experience a TPU tube (from any brand) that I'd be willing to regularly use for anything other than a spare. I tested all of those other tube/tire types and eventually decided that, for me, the peace of mind, consistency, relatively high performance, reasonably low weight, and ease of maintenance offered by these butyl rubber tubes FAR outweighs any negligible weight savings or supposed handling differences offered by the other systems. Yeah, TPU are lighter but they fail CONSTANTLY. Yeah, latex tubes feel better but you have to air them up EVERY DAY. Etc. For someone that doesn't have a team mechanic, sponsorships, isn't paid to ride, etc., these Continental tubes are going to be very hard to beat.

The Industry Standard
I used to be a sponsored mountain bike rider. And love to ride. I always preferred Continental tubes and tires. They are light weight and the performance is always good. I highly recommend this product.

Buy these!
These tubes hold Air extremely well. They also ride nice and are well balanced.

Heavy weight and durable
These tubes are typical Continental quality I have come to depend on but for 32c tires you need this size. They are fairly heavy and I didn't want to add more rotational mass to my bike. I prefer to use Continental Supersonic lightweight tubes but they are not made for 32c tires so I ended up getting TPU tubes instead

Continental Inner Tubes
I talked the tubes and they hold air pressure fairly well. I check my tire pressure regularly and they loose about 5psi every 3 days or so. Thatโs pretty good.

Consider the weight, they are heavy
Make sure to consider how much these weigh. Around 130+g. I used them for years, just realized I can save 200g with lighter tubes
