Tastes great! 70 calories each. Just not the price range I like. But lots of protein.

Not chalky like a lot of protein drinks. This water is refreshing and better tasting than most! I have had both the grape and coconut. They do taste better cold and are good for between meals and when I do long runs.

I really enjoy this Protein2o drink! The flavor is refreshing and light, making it easy to drink post-workout. I love that it delivers 15g of whey protein along with hydration, making it a convenient all-in-one option. It mixes well, feels light on the stomach, and is perfect for on-the-go recovery. I will definitely purchase again.

I usually don't write reviews but I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this and takes note. When this was purely a protein water, I loved it. I bought several cases a month and went through it like it was water, no pun intended. I loved that it had different flavors to choose from and it was consistent and affordable. They recently changed their formula and have added electrolytes. This has increased the sodium levels, understandably, and intentionally I presume, to market as a protein and hydration drink. I can't drink this anymore. The level of sodium is far too high for somebody who just drinks this for their daily water and protein intake. I'm not drinking it as an athlete who sweats a lot so there's no need for me to purchase this item anymore. It no longer serves my needs. It's really disappointing because I would get 30 to 60 extra grams of protein a day just by drinking this drink and now I have to find a new source that is equally as convenient which is not an easy thing to do.

Protein 2o is my 3x a day go to. I highly recommend ALL flavors. If you are trying to reach daily protein goals, Protein 2o is an absolute MUST! I drink them in my Yeti with crushed ice. I also use them as my liquid in my Protein shakes. I LOVE sweet tea but I have to make it without sugar or use Stevia. Yesterday I made my tea..with Lipton tea bags of course, once it was chilled I poured 3/4 tea and 1/4 of the Peach Mango into my Yeti. It was FANTASTIC!! Try all of the flavors....you won't regret it.

The grape flavor is far superior to any of the others' I've tried. Smells and (somewhat) tastes of grape Kool-aid but without the sugar and with added protein. Excellent mixed with a tart pre-workout (I use blueberry lemonade). There IS a slight aftertaste, but it is mild and much better than any similar products on the market imo. The price on Amazon is the lowest I've seen. A nice way to boost protein intake on the go without an abundance of added calories. Worth a try if you don't mind a slight aftertaste from artificial sweeteners--I think people are lying when they say they don't taste a difference :). You can taste it, but not off-putting and refreshing cold.

I will say that I recommend this under very specific conditions, and if the following doesn't jive with you, then it's safe to say you should pass over this item. The flavor of this protein water is reminiscent of those barrel drinks that were popular if you had a childhood in the 90s (or alternatively, the flavor of a melted down freeze pop - you remember, the kind that comes in the tube that murders the sides of your lips). Initially, it'll be fairly pleasant with regards to flavor, but after about 1/3rd of the way through, you'll start to notice the grape-iness of the drink. The drink will not feel like anything in your system until about halfway through, at which point, you'll notice that there's definitely space being occupied in your stomach, and now, your tongue feels a bit weird, like you've just had a crap-ton of stevia or something. After the halfway mark, you're pretty much muscling down the rest of it, which isn't bad since a lot of it is already in you doing work. The grape flavor lingers for a bit, and will tinge things you eat for the next half hour or so, but if you don't eat afterwards, you'll be fine. Do NOT eat something while drinking this, as you'll notice very quickly how much room is taken up in your stomach. Given the above, I personally didn't mind it, as I like trying new ways to get protein in me. I would definitely consider buying this again just for convenience's sake, and the flavor is definitely tolerable, but I would not include this into any sort of rotation of meal.

I’m a couple weeks post op from weight loss surgery and they have been hounding me to make sure I keep my protein intake up. While it was a struggle due to my smaller stomach and getting full quicker, my nutritionist recommended protein water. I never knew it was a thing. So, of course, I did my search on Amazon and I come across this one. I was skeptical at first to buy since anything that’s drinkable with protein, tends to taste disgusting but this one was delicious. I purchased the grape flavor and it definitely does taste like water downed grape kool aid. No sugar, 60 calories and 15g of proteins, this is definitely my go to beverage now.
