Can this scan a longer size paper, such as Legal size?

Honestly, I did not have any experience to scan longer papers than any official A4 paper length. But if you are asking for the quality and paper width, it is enough for use on digital platforms as a scanned document.

Hard copy Photos could be scanned,???

I never tried but I guess clarity will not be there as regular document scanner.

where can I download the driver?

I generally transfer the scanned copies by SD Card.
