Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer - 4.2 Gallon, 8 Nozzles, 100PSI Cutoff, Long Battery Life, Wide Mouth, High-Pressure Spray Hose, Trigger Lock, Pressure Knob Controller

I purchased the NPGLOBAL 4.2 Gal. 100 psi backpack sprayer on 2-28-2024 When our spring came, so did the weeds. I used this sprayer many times in 2024. Spraying weed killer on our driveway lane (which is 600 ft. long) has white limestone rocks covering it. Sprayer worked excellent, able to put on a nozzle that would cover a good area. Also used it on our side yard edge, touching our woods edge. We like to keep a barrier between the woods and our grass yard. The weed killer we use kills all grass, plants and vegetation. The sprayer worked excellent. This edge is about 700 ft. long. I'm a older man with a bad lower back. I do not strap this sprayer on my back. I bought a used child's wood wagon and strapped the sprayer into the wagon. I pull the wagon around and spray the area that needs the weeds killed. This works very well with one exception. I wish the hose to the wand was about 2 ft. longer. I have to keep the wagon close to me. I bought this sprayer because of the specifications: battery size, psi rating, parts that come with it and the reviews. I researched the ones that have wheels (that you pull) but they did not measure up to this sprayer. NPGLOBAL beat them in many of the specs. and the reviews. In 2025 I charged the sprayer and started spraying. I sprayed for about 4 months and than the battery ran out, so I charged it. Than went to spray and the power would not come on. The charger showed the the battery was charged but I had no power or indicator lights. I check the manual to trouble shoot it .Did everything they listed. Including removing the bottom cover and checking for loose or broken wires. All good with the wires and the connections. So I call NPGLOBAL costumer service and told them everything about the sprayer (problems). They were very nice and told me it was the battery that had gone bad. They said that a brand new complete sprayer with all of the parts would be shipped out to me. They told me to keep the old one for spare parts. I received the new sprayer in about 5 days. I charged it up and sprayed today our driveway lane. Sprayer worked excellent. Their customer service is the best !!! They did this at no cost to me. Please tell me another company today that would do this !! I do not know of any that are like NPGLOBAL. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. This company stands behind its products !! Really happy with the product, and with customer service! Bought it at the end of last season, and the weather turned wintery as soon as it arrived, so did t get the chance to even open the box. Come to find out this year. the charger wasn't in the box! I figured I was out of luck, given the months that had passed, but Nope! CS was freat--sent the charger right away. 😀 Product works as hoped, and the days of lugging 150' of uncooperative hose to water our beds is OVER!!🎉 Still learning how all the nozzles work, and which is better for our purposes, but I'm looking forward to a much easier season watering our plants. 😀😀😀

I was skeptical of a battery powered sprayer because I have had a pump sprayer for years. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and efficiency of the battery powered sprayer. I have only used it once but I look forward to using it again.

Simple backpack sprayer that is well made and works great. The wide range of nozzles was a huge feature for me. I have a 3 acre property with 76 standing trees and 5 building that I keep groomed and rarely use line trimmers as I simply don't need. For me low pressure and precise spraying is crucial. Huge fill port with 2 filter/strainers as well as an internal filter on pump inlet. Perfect size to carry and this thing will get a ton of use for me. For the price I may get another! One very small added item (looking to see IF my review/update is read...) - a simple low-pressure spring return check-valve that could be added at the nozzle (or removed as needed) would make this sprayer near-perfect! No-drip would be the added feature for those of us who are doing very targeted spraying and want zero drips. Thanks! (happy to beta test such a valve for you🤔)

The back pack sprayer worked like a champ , then for some odd reason it would not pump but the customer service was so impressive, they had another one shipped within a day and received it in 5 days . They were so polite and very helpful. Five stars from me !!

Came defective. Battery charged as per directions and colors according to manual indicated battery did in fact charge. However nothing would turn on at all using just plain water as test. I called included phone contact but always got message no one available and leave messages. I did but no return call. I used Amazon to help. They set up a pick up ftom UPS so could return due to included large batter shippers refused to ship and add would cost me to do so properly almost as much as I paid for unit. Anything with a battery is a problem if have to ship as is considered Hazardous by shippers. So jow must wait for Amazon to get it picked up , then inventory it as returned before money is refunded up to 14 days ! To note seller also no longer used selling these units ! I wonder why? It seemed like was well made with lots of options but what good us that if unit did not work ! Wasted too much time charging and putting it together as it dies not come completed then disassemble to pack up to return. So 1 star ! Brand new and defective ! I wish could charge for all my wasted time and added wait for delays on refunds !!!
