I find these patches a God-Send!! I JUST FOUND OUT THERE IS NO CARTILEDGE IN MY LEFT SHOULDER.... VERY PAINFUL. TO SEE A SURGEON IN WASHINGTON...BUT THIS ALL RETARDS MY GYM MACHINE WORKOUTS. SO I CUT 4 SMALL SLICES IN A EACH SIDE & PASTE IT ON TOP OF MY SHOULDER....NUMBS MOST PAIN....AS LONG AS I DON'T TRY & ACT AS CHARLES ATLAS.
