It is exactly what you would expect. The tv does actually work behind it! The only thing I can say to somebody (like me) who has never done a hidden TV before, don't expect it to be like watching TV in the living room.... it is still a mirror and you can still see reflections even with the TV on. Also, this glass has tint to it... almost a blue-ish tint. It will not match standard mirrors if you intend on using it side-by-side standard mirrors like I was. I fixed this for me by separating the 3 mirrors (this one and 2 standard mirrors) and putting a frame around each.

A tad pricey, but worth every penny. I used this for a Magic Mirror Raspberry Pi project and it loloks amazing. I had initially bought a cheapo acrylic 2-way mirror which looked cheap and fake....you could see right through it. This glass is thick and perfectly mirrored as long as it's relatively dark behind the mirror. Worked perfect for my project.

I've never ordered a sheet of glass off the internet to be delivered to my house before, and I've never built a smart mirror before, but both experiences have gone smoothly. At first, I thought the mirror had a small chip in it, but the mark turned out to be adhesive, which required wiping with window cleaner repeatedly to remove.

This mirror came completely scratched up. I removed the plastic too late to return and under the plastic found that the mirror was completely scratched up in one section. This had to have happened before the protective plastic was put on it.

Used it to build a smart mirror. Arrived quickly, well packaged, no defects.

Used for a magic mirror project. Was happy with the results.
