I bought this for a 12+ total flight to Europe, over multiple legs. I wear on-ear headphones for most of the flight and am petite, so my neck is shorter. I sit near the window. It's not perfect, but it's a good alternative neck pillow. Pros: - Adjustability works for different positioning. I used it against the wall, twisted around my neck so I could sleep on each side, and also the raised edges move around easily for my on-ear headphones. - Fleece is soft and cozy, good for cold flights - Easy enough to put in the packing case, which has two hook straps that I used on my bag. - Smaller edges are good for smaller adults like me (< 5'3) because they fit my neck better Cons: - Material: The fleece is *not* great if you overheat or are on a hot flight. Unfortunately on long flights (6+ hours) sometimes I get dehydrated and overheat, and the pillow was really uncomfortable for that. This is the biggest issue I have - if they offer in a different material it would 100% be worth it. - Case: I wish the packing case was a more durable material. It's made out of the same fleece as the pillow which doesn't feel as protective or clean if it's outside your bag, and I wish it was more compressive in the case. It's a bit bulky to travel with this pillow.

Overall, it’s a decent travel pillow with a smart idea, but not universally comfortable enough to rate higher. I returned it and switched back to my old regular style travel pillow.

I adjusted the neck on my recliner like an airplane and the pillow is the best I have ever tried. Low profile so I feel like I can make space for this while I travel. Plus, since it has a bag it can be attached to a carryon. Can’t wait to fly with it!

None of the pillows that I've used over the years have worked until this one! We bought trtl pillows based on their reviews but they were uncomfortable for us. SO happy we found this pillow. My husband and I each got one and we were actually able to sleep some on the plane which never happens! Easy to wash and so thankful we FINALLY found one that is comfortable and works well!

We are enjoying our BCOZZY travel neck pillows. I use it when I relax on my recliner. I fall asleep and wake up without neck pain as I used to have. It is the best neck support when we are on our recliner. We don’t travel, but I am sure it would work just as well.

I ordered the BCOZZY for my up coming trip and I was surprised how comfortable & versatile it was on the 5 hour plane ride (seat next to window). I’ve tried many and spent a lot of money on travel neck pillows and was not happy with any of them until now with the BCOZZY! Thank you BCOZZY!

I bought the adult size as I didn't realize there was an XL adult size available. The pillow is very comfortable and I am happy with it, so much so I tried buying the XL size as it was slightly too small for my partner who has head drop. I wanted to use it while transporting him in his wheelchair in the van. The problem being I needed to buy two with expensive postage to get the bigger size so I decided not to. The adult size was a reasonable price and postage was free. Not sure why there should be this difference
