This pillow saves my neck on a daily basis! I often sleep in my recliner sleep chair. This pillow literally is comfortable when I tilt my head to either side. Also, when I tilt my head back the pillow is extremely comfortable, therapeutic (think posture), and the perfect amount of support. It is not too thin or think and the density has a tiny bit of 'bounce'...very nice. Stops your head from falling forward. I believe I breathe better with this pillow, due to the position of my neck. I love that you can throw the whole pillow in the wash, not just the cover. I no longer walk around with a stiff neck. In fact, my neck pretty darn good. Thanks for a great invention! .

I don't leave many reviews, but this neck pillow was so good on my last international flights that I wanted to comment. I was on two 8+ hour flights, back to back, to and from my destination. This neck pillow allowed me to sleep some on all flights. I'm a smaller person at 5'4" 135 pounds. I could never get comfortable with my former memory foam neck pillow but this one was so comfortable. It worked well in economy, premium economy on either window or aisle seat. It worked so well that I slept over 5 hours in my window seat. It propped my head up so it wasn't bobbing. Depending on how I moved, I could rotate it to fit my position. The material is so soft. Also, the strap on the pillow itself allowed me to connect it to the tray table bar separate from the carry bag. I also connected the carry bag to the tray table bar and use it to hold other items. So handy! It's a bit bulky attached to my backpack, but it's bearable while walking through the airport.

I bought this for my aunt who has chronic pain throughout her body, especially in her neck area. The pillow itself is very soft and comfortable, and my aunt agrees that it feels supportive when positioned correctly. However, we noticed a design issue with the Velcro placement. The pillow works well when worn on the left side of the neck, but when positioned on the right side, the Velcro rubs directly against the face. Unfortunately, this caused irritation and a rash on my aunt’s face after use. Overall, the softness and comfort are good, but the Velcro placement could definitely be improved to make it usable on both sides without causing skin irritation.

One small warning: if you have pets, especially puppies or dogs who love to chew, keep this pillow out of reach. Mine immediately assumed it was one of their stuffed toys. Protect the pillow from curious animals and you’ll be thrilled with it.

Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year. Pros: - Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size. - The fabric feels very soft and plush. It's comfortable against your skin. - It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn't flop forward when kiddo fell asleep. - Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on. Cons: - Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage. - The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro. - Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It's a delicate balance to find the right snugness. - The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better. Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not perfect and it doesn't last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn't as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. I have a thinner neck and have had problems finding a travel neck pillow that would support my chin when I fell asleep. This pillow allows me to get it tight enough around my neck to support my chin and yet still be comfortable. I used it for the first time on a recent trip and was very pleased with it. Another plus is that it folds up small enough to fit in my backpack.

This cushion is an excellent product and is made of good quality. It makes a comfortable rest in the recliner too. A good ride in the car as well. Thank you for a great product.

I recently traveled overseas, and I used my new BCOZZY neck support pillow on the long flights. I found the BCOZZY to be soft yet supportive, and it actually kept my neck and head in the correct position when I nodded off to sleep. Also, it kept my neck warm on the cold airplane. It was easy to transport in its little storage bag. I snapped the bag around the handle of my suitcase when not in use.
