Consistenly good quality.
Fresh, fragrant and flavorful. Just opening the bag will make one hungry. Have had consistently good products with this brand label/supplier. The bag arrived with a 5-inch long tear, an unwelcome surprise. However, to be fair, only one pepper "escaped" so no real damage done. Will continue ordering more from this seller when this batch has been used.

Great peppers for making homemade adobo sauce
These are so good! Great quality and smooth smoky flavor. I’ve been making my own adobo sauce and wanted something without seed oils and additives, so I got these to make the sauce from scratch. These add such a nice flavor for making barbacoa or other Mexican dishes. Nice subtle heat and they’re dehydrated but not too dried out and rehydrate well. Would highly recommend.

i keep on buying these awsome peppers!
love these jalapenos. the smoke is very nice. the red jalapenos are nice with an ever so slight sweetness and they are slightly spicey....perfect for beans or chicpeas or sauces. everytime i have bought these i have been happy with my purchase. if i want them to be less flexible so i can grate them i just leave them on a drying rack on the counter for a few days and that does the trick, but you can briefly use a dehydrater to. i depends on the weather/humidity. really good quality peppers. tastey ya'll, thanks....definately a five star product

Good purchase
Nice and flexible, ready for long term proper storage for use as needed. I was worried that they’d be dry, but I’m very pleased with the product

Great Dried Chipotle Chillies!
I got these for making my chipotle pinto beans. 2oz if the chilies ground to a fine powder with 1.25lbs beans, 500gm each of red onion and Roma tomatoes, tbsp pepper, 3tbs Mexican oregano and 50g finely diced garlic (or grind 50g garlic with some water till it’s puréed and dump it in the pot) Pressure cook in a 6.5L pressure cooker topped off to 2/3 full with ingredients plus water for an hour. Then leave on the heat and reduce down till it is just about the consistency of slightly watery refried beans. That last part you pretty much gotta stir constantly so it won’t burn to the bottom. I use an InstaPot. I like to dump 1/4 cup shredded cheese in 1 cup of the beans and top with freshly cut onion and tomato, 1 diced Serrano (for extra heat), 1 or 2 diced cloves of garlic, and top off with some Guac. Mmm So yeah. They do the job well. 🤠
