Oven Safe and a Unique Look!
Great size! I can pour 4ish mugs of tea before I need to refill it. Works great right on the stove surface (I have electric). The knob on the lid does get hot but I figure that’s normal for most tea kettles. Love the unique design, it looks cute sitting on my stovetop.

Benaloy teapot
I was born in California, but I am of British extraction, and so have drank tea for my entire life. It would be a vast understatement to say that tea is an important beverage to me! This pot makes wonderful tea! My only regret concerning this teapot is that I bought the smaller size. It comes in two sizes, and I wish that I’d bought the larger one!

Lovely teapot - it looks quite small but does fit the advertised 1.5l. It feels nice to hold and looks sturdy, plus the pouring is perfect without any spills or dribbling down

Hot Body and Lid
The tea pot body and the lid get really hot. The handle is not hot which works great. It comes with a fine strainer inside that filters out all the tea leaves. I think it’s great for the price but I wish the tea pot cover can have some sort of thermal insulation so that the lid is not that hot. I can’t open the lid with the bare hand to refill hot water since it’s too hot.

Cute but not as versatile as I was hoping for.
I thought I was going to be able use this one on the stovetop but then it arrived and didn't work. It was hot to touch when I poured water outside but didn't retain heat well. It is cute.

After five years, the lid broke
I bought this in 2021. Now, January 2025, the top knob snapped off. Although both the knob and lid are stainless steel , the knob is bonded to the lid by a couple bonds. I'm not sure what holds in on. At any event, I am going to buy a stronger kettle; I used it about every 1-2 days, being a heavy tea drinker.
