The one I purchased was sealed in the box, that's how I wanted it,I collect them for my granddaughter this one is beautiful.

It is rubber because is original Barbie Doll

Can anyone tell me whats the difference between the same ones selling over 200 dollars?

There really is no difference, just some sellers try and make more money off of you. Some of the barbies in this series are worth more to some collectors in mint condition. Such as the first in the Holiday/Celebration Barbie series which was the 1988 doll. The blue Millennium Barbie that came out in December 1999 is more valuable than this one. So it just depends on seller, which doll and the condition of the doll.
