やや大きめのボトルですが、説明の文字は小さめです。 1日2粒が目安ですが、1粒にNMNが500㎎含まれてます。 日本だと1日の摂取目安が最大500㎎なので1日1粒でも十 分そうで、つまり60日もたせられます。 カプセルは自分的には普通サイズで1粒なので飲みやすいです。

It arrived on time! The product is good quality, it appears. I feel great at 61. Walking daily, Q Gong daily, yoga, stretching, core cardio 3 times a week. I take ProHealth NMN along with other supplements prescribed by my Naturopath. My numbers keep coming back great!

普段からnmnサプリは飲んでいますが、こちらは一粒当たりに含まれるnmnの量が500mgとかなりの量が含まれています！ 私は1日あたり250mgを目安に摂取していますので、一粒で倍の量になります。 ●カプセルはタイプの錠剤ですが、日本ではあまり見かけないサイズ、大きいです。 ●1瓶に入ってる量は60錠は1日2錠とのことですが一粒で十分な量を摂取できます！ ●nmnの接種タイミングは就寝前が一番良いとのこと、寝る前に1錠を飲むようにしています！ ●アメリカのGMP認定工場とのことで多少なりとも安心感は感じました。 【感想】 1カプセルあたりのnmn 含有量が多いので何粒も飲まなくても良いのはいいが、カプセルが大きいので少しに飲みにくさはあります、 今までは1日250mgを摂取してきましたが、約倍の量になりましたが、特に体調などの変化は感じていません。 カプセルサイズを半分ほどのサイズにしてもらえたらよかったかな。
