I have been using Almased for years of and on. The texture is a fine powder that easily mixes with a mini whisk or I use my little shake mixer. The taste isn't so great, like a lot of people have said. I put in a little extra virgin olive and flavored creamer to improve the taste and that helps. Definitely lessens my appetite and I find myself reaching for a snack a lot less.

Just started using the product. Taste isn't bad. Still a little chalky for my liking. The only thing I wish was instead of saying it's vanilla flavor they should emphasize that it's almond vanilla cause that actually alters the taste a little bit.

I have taken Almased many times. This was the first time I took it to lose stubborn weight. It took a couple weeks but I drank this mixed with unsweetended almond milk and or unsweetened soy milk - sometimes added coffee shot and sometimes added matcha powder. I am eating mostly eggs and salads for my meals. I have not done the 3 day detox yet but I plan to do that soon since I already lost 4 or 5 pds.

This stuff tastes pretty decent. I usually add it to a cup of coffee. It seems like it dissolves much better in a hot beverage. I have been using it for a little over a month now. I am down from 145 pounds to 138, which does not seem like much but I don't know that I could have done that without the Almased. I think that continuing to take it keeps you more focused on what you are eating so I will keep on taking it until I hopefully get down around 130 pounds. I am almost 70 so my metabolism is slow. It may work faster for someone younger.

I starting drinking this on 1/5 and as of today, 1/21 I have lost 6.7 lbs. This is the first shake I have found that really fills me up and I don't feel hungry after. I don't even crave snacks during the day like I used to. Love this shake!
