Great, smooth shave on a 3 day beard. Even better than I got wet shaving (astra double safety blades, Henry cavendish soap, badger hair brush). If the blades last half as long as they claim this will be more than worth the cost. I did decide to use a shaving oil so as not to clog the blades and I am very happy with that ( shhhh! Don’t tell anyone but I bought a shaving oil marketed for women. The stuff marketed for men was 7 times more expensive and Amazon has the stuff I bought in vanilla scent so I don’t smell like flowers). Overall, the razor and shaving oil give me the closest shave I’ve had in years (possibly ever since I’ve never had a real barber shave) with no cuts, minimal skin irritation, and easy cleanup. I would definitely recommend this razor with a decent shaving oil.
