My 4 year old reaches for this one a lot. She enjoys the flaps and it promotes great conversations. All the advice about emotions and feelings is aligned with gentle parenting and listening to your body.

This book is fantastic! I highly recommend getting this if you have young children in your life. It’s been a great addition for all the parents I’ve gifted it to, helps to navigate feelings and why they happen. Great resource for early stages of emotional development!
