Great product but don’t believe everything they claim
I’ve lost 15 lbs in about 2 months BUT, I have one shake/day and for the other meals either vegetables or egg whites or tuna. I like the Almased because (1)it keeps my focus on losing weight, (2) it is easy to prepare, (3) it gives me all the nutrients I need while eating so few calories so I feel good, (4) my hair is thicker and healthier and fingernails are stronger. I do not believe that I could drink Almased for a meal and eat whatever I want for other meals and still lose weight. But, it is an effective tool with an otherwise healthy diet. I tried 2 shakes/day and got depressed, so I dropped down to 1/day and felt better. I have not been exercising but am not sedentary. Almased does not taste great. I put a cup of frozen berries in a Ninja, about a cup of water, 1/2 single serve packet of lemonade mix (True Lemon) and the Almased. Pulse 2 or 3 times and it is a bowl or a shake. That way it is enjoyable and feels more like a meal without adding many calories. It seems a bit expensive but at $4/meal, it isn’t bad. What would you pay to lose weight?? So, while I do not believe all the claims Almased makes, it does give the nutrients needed to reduce calories and still stay healthy and give a boost to hair and nails in the process. When I lose 15 more lbs, I’ll probably continue the Almased for the nutrition value and add in more daily calories.

Almased protein shakes are great!
My husband and I have been using this product as a meal replacement to help lose weight and improve our health. We are seeing positive results in just a month. We have used the vanilla and vanilla-almond flavors. We add extract (a variety of flavors), fruit, 100% cocoa, powdered peanut butter, matcha tea, chia seeds, flaxseeds, to make each shake different so as not to get bored. The taste is great and the shake is filling.

So-so tasting, Very EXPENSIVE, and inconvenient!
Good grief. Where do I begin with this product? I saw the glowing TV commercials for this diet mix shake, thinking it was the golden answer to helping me easily lose 20 to 30 pounds in a couple months; but, honestly, it has been the most inconvenient product for me than I ever could have imagined- both in the level of commitment it requires and financially. While so many complained about the flavor of Almased being horrible, the taste wasn't that bad for me. Sure it has a saw-dusty taste which many find objectionable, but I mixed my Almased with apple juice or Juicy Juice (that fruit punch or cherry flavor fruit juice we all loved to drink as kids)! and it didn't taste so bad. Yeah, yeah, I know. I broke the rules on what to mix with it to drink and I should have used Almond milk or water. But, in my experience, the flavor of this isn't very good, nor is it too terrible. Quite frankly, it's the most boring, bland flavor of any drink mix that I've ever had in my life. I felt I would get really sick of the taste of it after a week and I just could not only drink this for days. I just couldn't. I tried the "Almond Vanilla" and it was barely hardly, any better tasting; but it's probably more worth a try than the regular flavor, if you have a sweet tooth, in my humble opinion. I must say that I found Almased to be quite an awkward diet regimen. The directions for this say you need to fast for 3 days -eat nothing but Almased and water. Then after 3 days fasting on it- on day 4 to day 25, it says you should only eat one meal a day and have to replace 2 other meals with only Almased for up to 3 WEEKS! Why don't I just starve myself for 3 weeks only eating apples and fat-free crackers with only purified water to drink instead?? I think I would get the same exact results but I'd also save a huge ton of money instead of using this extremely expensive chalky cardboard diet drink. I just want so much to emphasize one thing about Almased that I found unsustainable to continue with - the ridiculously steep price and the very small amount of the drink mix you get for each can. The product tells you to drink Almased 3 times a day/ replacing all meals for 3 days then 2 times each for the following weeks. A single container has 10 servings. You'll use 3 per day for 3 days then 2 per day for weeks and it costs somewhere around ( 40 dollars for each container??)? At my height, I have to mix 13 tablespoons of this each use and I could only drink it 2 times a day at most. The main point and fact I'm trying to make here is that one can of this would run out in just a few days or less than 1 week! You 'd have to spend well over a hundred, if not, two hundred dollars to have enough for this weight loss regimen while eating very little . And for the price, you don't even get any plastic measuring scooper included in the drink mix. It was somewhat awkward for me to have to keep measuring the correct amount of 13 TB spoons each time I used it. The only thing that prevented me from giving this product only 1 star, was that it really does seem to be a very healthy, detoxifying drink mix which I thought could really help one lose the weight- if you had the iron-commitment- devotion to it along with money to burn. The problem is it's rather crummy taste, long -term fasting inconvenience , and it's pricey, pharmaceutical-level expense. For me, it's not worth the money! I'd appreciate reading more sincere, substantive reviews based on real product user experience just as I have posted here, when more reviews on Amazon seem to be anything but.

Only 3 days in and happy so far...
First off, I tried this product many years ago and honestly don't remember the results. This time I will remember! I gained 8 pounds over the holidays on top of 5 pounds I already needed to lose. Partly age and menopause, and partly holiday eating. Yes, this stuff is ridiculously expensive (I use a high quality collagen powder that costs about the same but it's about triple the amount), and yes, it doesn't taste great but I use the chocolate shake recipe and add a small amount of banana or raspberry extract and it's not horrible. The cost and taste are the reason I gave 4 stars. If not for that it would have been 5 because after only two days of the 3 day detox I'm already down 4 pounds. Water weight? Maybe. I don't care! The scale is moving in the right direction! We'll see how it goes from here. Just ordered a second can and hoping that might be all I need so I can get my normal low carb high protein diet back on track.

A satisfying, clean meal replacement with steady energy support.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A satisfying, clean meal replacement with steady energy support. The Almased Meal Replacement Shake is a well-balanced option for anyone looking to manage weight or support overall health. Made with high-quality plant-based protein and a low-glycemic formula, it provides steady energy without the sugar spikes that come with many other shakes. The vanilla flavor is mild and natural—not overly sweet—and blends smoothly with water or milk. I also like mixing it into smoothies for added flavor and nutrients. It’s filling enough to work as a true meal replacement, which makes it a convenient option for busy days. The only drawback is the price point, which is a bit higher compared to other protein powders. However, the clean ingredient profile and nutritional benefits justify the cost for me. Overall, Almased is a reliable and effective supplement for anyone seeking a healthy, plant-based meal replacement that supports both energy and weight management goals.

Works really well But it is pricey as one tin is only 10 meals The program is expensive if you have a lot of weight to lose The almond-vanilla flavour is great but much more expensive now So I am now trying the original flavour Haven't received it yet
