I purchased these magnets twice for name tags at work. They are an easy, cost effective solution for professional name tags that would otherwise be in the way while coaching and doing facility work if on a lanyard instead. The magnets are strong and simple to affix to the name tag with the adhesive backing. Just be sure to press relatively hard and hold for a few seconds to be sure the magnets stay put on the name tag/whatever you are using them for.

Nice product. Eat yo use. Backing sticks well. Magnet is a little weak

I hate name tags with pins. When you have to take them on and off to wash the shirt, it starts tearing the cloth. These fix that, just peel off the pin from the name tag, stick the steel piece on the name tag, and it's a simple thing to take on/off with the magnet. The magnet holds really well.
